the feedback from victor's first practice was really good. I can't wait to see his impact on the court.

Yeah, I'm really looking forward to seeing him play. The energy and intensity he brings is infectious. Now we have to wait a week from Wed for the first game and it's not even on TV....

After Hedo gets bought out I see a solid 12 on the roster 13 if you count E'twan. Will Osby be better served sitting on the end of the bench or playing in the D-league or Europe? Manny Harris has a nice shot and is still young, S Jones could be another reliable vet. How do you think the Magic will fill out this roster?

Got a really good feeling about this kid. Unlike Dwight, he's a leader. Unlike Jameer, he's got the pure athleticism to back it up (and I'm a MASSIVE 'Meer fan...not in a "fat way"). I get the feeling the Magic FINALLY have a leader that can command respect and hold people accountable.

From everything I have read and heard Jameer is all about teaching Dipo about being an NBA PG and team leader. I have never had a problem with Jameer he has always been dedicated to this team and a leader in the locker room. I think Jameer will make a great coach some day once he is done playing.

After seeing Dipo play in person at summer league (the day he drilled the game winner) you could tell he had the "it" factor that league stars have.

That's a lot of pressure/expectation to put on a rook. Let's see him play a few games, at least.

I've said for a while that the guy Jameer reminded me of the most was Avery Johnson. Similar in a lot of ways.
