NBA Reportedly "cracking down" delaying time before the Opening Tip after Intros

This caught my surprise. The NBA is coming up with a new rule saying that there will be a violation if a team "take too long" to do their rituals, like Lebron's chalk toss or player high fives and handshakes, after the intros.

Just have the players come out to warm up 5 mins prior so they can do their BS. If the game is supposed to start at 7:07 or what ever time it may be, then refs must be ready and blowing their whistle a few seconds prior to tip off.
