Live or Die Magic 383 Report post Posted August 29, 2012 Here are a couple of links to articles about one of the topics being discussed at the 2012 NBA Rookie Transition Program: conniving women. I found both articles very enlightening and I'm pleased that the NBA is choosing to try to educate the young men entering the league. My one additional comment is that I really wish they'd have done this back in 2004. Dwight Howard could have really benefited from it. http://www.thepostgame.com/blog/dish/201208/nba-rookies-get-schooled-ways-women http://espn.go.com/blog/truehoop/post/_/id/49424/too-real-sex-talk-connects-with-rookies
Optimist Prime 197 Report post Posted August 31, 2012 Good to see a focus on this-- and a good reception to it by the players. It really is a big problem in the professional sports world, and I'm glad there is finally something being done to attempt at fixing it.
