Franchise408 116 Report post Posted June 12, 2012 "Everyone"? Who's "everyone"? I wasn't asking for this matchup. I want Miami as far away from the Finals as possible. As far as the poll goes - my hope is for OKC in 4. Probably not gonna happen. I'll go OKC in 6.

NameLess Scrub 6 Report post Posted June 13, 2012 Harden was basically neutralized, but Durant, Westbrook and Thabo did what they had to do. I still think Durant has to keep attacking the basket more, specially when they go to MIA.
Manu Ginobili 61 Report post Posted June 13, 2012 Let's see: Fisher seems to be clutch in this kind of games Mike Miller is useless Bosh's contribution at this point is severely overrated Durant shoots like crazy. I still consider LeBron a better player and a mismatch, but one guy can only do so much. Wade has lost a step Westbrook is probably the best complimentary guy KD could have. Spo not playing a better defensive big in the second half allowed Collison to come up big for OKC
VCplusD12 91 Report post Posted June 13, 2012 Great game. Refs were a little too biased though
AcuWill 45 Report post Posted June 13, 2012 Who would you rather build your team around, Durant, Dwight or Lebron? Durant is so mentally tough at the right moments. Early in the game, every time the Heat were about to run away with it, he made a bucket. I am very jealous right now of OKC and the quality of superstar the have. ~O~ 565 Report post Posted June 13, 2012 Did anyone see in the fourth how the officials were trying to keep the Heat in the game. I was disgusted.
NameLess Scrub 6 Report post Posted June 13, 2012 Did anyone see in the fourth how the officials were trying to keep the Heat in the game. I was disgusted. I thought the same... however I know there were a couple of calls bailing the Thunder out, at least in the 1st half, when they were not finishing well in transition (looking at you Thabo). For the love of the game 56 Report post Posted June 13, 2012 "Everyone"? Who's "everyone"? I wasn't asking for this matchup. I want Miami as far away from the Finals as possible. As far as the poll goes - my hope is for OKC in 4. Probably not gonna happen. I'll go OKC in 6. "Everyone" in this case means all the the members of this forum except you. Or you could use some rational thought and realize that the word was used to mean the vast majority wanted this matchup (mainly in terms of excitement since most here hate the Heat), since of course not everyone is going to agree on everything. As for this series, I am going Thunder in 5, but I would not be surprised if this is a sweep. The Thunders D is very good and if not for the Heats lights out shooting from the 3 in the first half, this game would not have been close. Thumber have much more depth and Westbrook is far and a way the best PG in this series
