Dont know about all star level but was much improved. The Carmelo deal can show you what happens when a superstar becomes unhappy with a coach, funny thing is if memory serves me correct after Melo was traded the Nuggets went on a role and are still a very tough team to beat. I honestly think that the first step to all this though is getting Otis Smith and his poor decision making out of the picture (FIRE HIM NOW)
