Stan should stay because despite the fact he made bad rotation, which Otis was completely responsible for the crappy F- Up roster, he is one of the best coaches Magic has ever gotten out of all the coaches Magic had. He got the Magic 1st in the Southeast 3x fro 2007-2010. I bet next season without any problems, having Otis fired, and have built and better roster, he would lead the team to another 1st in the Southeast and maybe 1st or 2nd in the Eastern Conference.

in a heartbeat. Amare is both young and better than Hedo and JR put together. At least Amare shows up for work every time he is on the floor.

Let's not fool ourselves. Stan is a good coach but he must go. The guy is not a risk-taker. We have seen over and over that Stan has failed to make adjustments when most needed. He has repeatedly failed to take guys that are struggling out of the game when the team is being beaten. I have seen other teams substitute big name players when they are not playing well. I know our bench sucks, but it is better to lose with no-name players than lose with role players that bring nothing to the floor. It is the coach's job to get those guys to produce. It's their job and if they are not doing well (especially when you know they are capable), the coach must take bold action. How come our guys never have consistence.....because Stan has failed to motivate them and instill that mentality in their heads. See what they did to Odom...do the same....recommend to the FO to send those players to D-league or something. Stan MUST go. I like Stan and I think he is a good coach but he has failed to go over the hump. Enough is enough.

Otis has made several moves since we made it to the finals. Moves that weakened this team. Moves that striped this team of it's depth. Yet it is now Stan's fault that this team couldn't "get over the hump"?

Aside from the Phoenix trade, what moves exactly? Duhon signing was bad but not a depth-stripper.

 

Please don't say the New Jersey trade.

J-Rich can easily be moved. You just won't get much value out of him.

 

Duhon and Turk are not movable at all though, unless packaged with Dwight.
