Agreed: the comma's important. He's saying that he's "considering Martins to be the current regime, and doesn't consider Stan or Otis to be, because they'll be gone." Of course, who knows?

It is interesting because we hear this from people who work around these guys so this is watercooler type talk. It's not like they are certain of anything. It makes for an interesting work environment until the Pacers most likely eliminate us.
