Dan Savage Posted December 7, 2011 Report Posted December 7, 2011 Here's a link to the complete schedule: http://www.nba.com/magic/schedule/ Personally, I can't wait for the home opener against the Rockets. I want basketball at the Amway Center to get started. Quote
Miller4Prez66 Posted December 7, 2011 Report Posted December 7, 2011 The opener, even though I don't like our chances all that much. OKC is my pick to win the West, they are a loaded team. Quote

I just wanna see our guys out there (whoever they are) on the new TV I bought almost exclusively for this season. Yeah... 1 Quote
Capo d'Orlando Posted December 7, 2011 Report Posted December 7, 2011 I see that Orlando comes to Utah in April. Hopefully Dwight's still on the team. Also, surprised we got 24 (I believe) televised games; I'm sure that'll change if Dwight leaves. Quote
§issie Posted December 7, 2011 Report Posted December 7, 2011 I can not wait for Basketball to start Finally .... Quote
Makin' Cutestory Bacon Posted December 7, 2011 Report Posted December 7, 2011 The opener as well for me. I just can't wait to watch some Magic basketball. Been waiting for too long. I just want to see our guys in play. Hopefully they all sync up well. Quote
Ryan the Magic Fan Posted December 7, 2011 Report Posted December 7, 2011 I know I must be wrong... but why does it seem that we play more away games then home ones? Quote
You're Fat, Pat! Posted December 7, 2011 Report Posted December 7, 2011 I know I must be wrong... but why does it seem that we play more away games then home ones? Not sure...it's 33 home, 33 away! hehe. As for me, I'll take the home opener...heck, I'll take the preseason home opener! I don't like our opening game. The way our roster currently stands, I think we'll get schlacked by OKC. No fun. As for the schedule as a whole: - First time that I can remember in recent years that we neither START nor END the season at home. I know we've started the season at home for like 5 years in a row? (just guessing off the top of my head) And many if not all of those also ended the season at home. - I'm really looking forward to the fact that there will be no off-days in the league. Every night (even the formerly empty Thursday nights) will have multiple games. Gonna be super fun for us...probably not so much for the teams.) - Also looking forward to ESPN's new Saturday night basketball towards the end of the season. That'll be fun. - Finally, I think the Magic got a good deal in this one. ESPECIALLY compared to many other teams. This is gonna be a really fun sixty-six games...that's for sure! Quote
BlackWat3r Posted December 7, 2011 Report Posted December 7, 2011 The game I'm looking forward to the most is......none of them until I know if Orton is our starting center or not. Quote
AtliSteinn Posted December 7, 2011 Report Posted December 7, 2011 I think this is by far the most favorable schedule I've seen so far. Just look at the Nets... they have 2 back to back to backs and we have none. http://www.nba.com/nets/schedule/ Quote
Orlando Magic Toaster Posted December 7, 2011 Report Posted December 7, 2011 Are they not playing in London in 2012 now? Quote
