They get Hedo (three point shooting, decent scoring, and guy who can lob it to Griffin) for Kaman (Averaging 48 games played per year over the past 4 years). In the proposed trade, Philly gets 2 bigs and saves money. And I don't know who would want Kaman, he's expiring so that raises the market quite a bit. Minny? I only see them doing that if they really want to get out of Lee's contract. Chicago would have a hard time turning it down, but then who plays SF? Brewer? Maybe offer Q-Rich instead of Ryan.
