Vote: Anfernee "Penny" Hardaway. To bottom line it, Penny was a Top 5 NBA player between about 1996-1998. It's so close between him and T-Mac I don't even want to think about it, but at the end of the day, I think Penny had a more well-rounded game. Barely.
