I can't see him coming out publicly and saying "we are trading CP3...we will now accept calls"....are you kidding..that is highly unlikely. That would be on a Lebron level of the "Decision" to NOLA fans. He will come out and say "CP3 is not being traded, he is staying a hornet and we will be doing our best to improve our roster, etc."

OR, by the time he addresses the media the trade for VC+Gortat+Meer will be complete and he will be explaining his decision? Maybe? yes? Meh, it was a longshot anyway.

NO has already made up their mind probably a week ago, this meeting is just going to tell paul officially what they are doing one way or another. If NO is trading Paul then they already have a deal put in place I bet. If in fact there is a trade thats a done deal I would expect them to hold a news conference and let their fans no what direction they are going.

I hate this because, like you guys pointed out, NO is either going to make him stay or shop him around without publicly stating it. In either case they will say "We are not trading him" to the press. But if they are shopping him they could take all summer to try and get the best deal. I hate to say it but I almost wish there was a set "decision" date where we actually find out what's going to happen. It would be annoying to be checking up on rumors here every day this summer. Especially if nothing happens.

According to that link it said 12:30 central which is 1:30 ET so who knows

Yeah Demps will make an appearance at 1:30pm eastern. Obviously the meeting will be had prior to that.
