Vince was crap in that series too, make no mistake. But no he was not the biggest and anyone who thinks so is just ignorant and looking for the easiest scapegoat instead of realizing that the Magic did not show up and play the way they should have as a TEAM. Diplo Posted June 6, 2010 Report Posted June 6, 2010 Yes to all 3 You don't rely on your bench to win playoff series, but you do with your #2 scorer. What did you expect J-will & gortat to have 30 pt games? Rashard Lewis played games sick..At first I thought it was an excuse, but he's been throwing up and having to take 2 or 3 IV's a game. He at least kept the ball moving, and didnt let KG to go off. Rashard has proven to me in the past that he's a big-time player. And the fact that you even mention Stan being worse than VC makes you the ignorant one, not me. We couldn't even really put VC on the court, as he was a liability on defense to both Pierce AND Allen! He didn't deliver in the clutch (what we brought him here for) and kept on taking un-balanced shots. He's not the only reason, we needed more production & consistency from all of our players. But no doubt in my mind, Vince was the biggest reason. Quote
E27 Posted June 6, 2010 Report Posted June 6, 2010 I voted for Vince. But I think Williams, Gortat, and Ewing need to go as well. Quote

Its not his fault otis is an idiot but I would love to get his contract off the books. I don't like Vince either but his contract is a lot shorter. you do understand that if rashard's contract was taken off the books this very second, we still would not have the cap space to sign lebron or any max free agent....right? yeah of course you knew that. hell, if you take both rashard and vince off the books right now, we still would not have the ability to sign a max free agent. but of course it's easy for you to call otis an idiot when you are self are clueless. I like how you try to defend otis for Rashard's contract. Nothing anyone can say will convince me that was a good move on otis' part. and I guess its hard to come across on the internet but I was being sarcastic about going after Lebron..yes, I already knew it wouldn't be possible. I meant that for what Rashard is making, he should be Kobe Bryant or Lebron James out there. Quote
MP_20 Posted June 6, 2010 Report Posted June 6, 2010 LOL @ comparing MP last year to this one. Ridiculous. His playoffs were fine until they froze up against Boston and the ball stop moving. Period. And a no-show for the playoffs? Do some research and shake that Boston series (where he got the Bass treatment) out of your head. Quote
Debonair Posted June 6, 2010 Report Posted June 6, 2010 for me its a toss up between vince and stan. vince.........obvious reasons. stan.....erratic coaching decisions and rotations. stubborn, hot headed, and panics too **** much. cannot develop talent nor cares for players to develop. honorable mentions.....jwill, ewing, otis. *waits for all the stan nut huggers to come in here and defend him* Quote
