Lets give the guy credit. The trade isn't outlandish and gortat isn't overvalued.

 

If we could do this as well as bring in a backup big then this would be a pretty decent trade.

Golden State would never trade for Gortat because Don Nelson has made a career out of using the excuse that the only reason he never won anything is that he has never had a true big man whereever he went. He won't jeopardize losing that excuse.

 

BTW, when he was in a position to obtain a big man, he drafted..... Shaun Bradley.

 

But it's still everyone else's fault.
