He is not playing well, He is not rebounding strong and the energy he used to show is not there either. The most concerning fact though.... You aren't doing yourself any favors by moping when you do play either! This is my problem with professional athletes like Gortat. They want the best of both worlds. They want the security of a contract AND the freedom of a FA. If finding a team you can start for was your #1 priority, don't sign an offer sheet Orlando can match. If you can't find one they can't, sign the 1 year deal with Orlando, play it out, and then move on. Don't take the $ & b**** until they trade you. Quote

He wants to be the best basketball player in Polish history and cement a legacy just as his father cemented a legacy as a boxer and Olympic medal winner. For that he needs to play minutes and have a more central role on a team. However, Gortat is going to get his wish soon, the Magic simply weren't going to let a young talent that they developed leave without getting something in return. I'm sure Gortat will be central in any sign and trades this summer with the crazy free agent market coming up. Quote
