AddiFB Posted August 1, 2009 Report Posted August 1, 2009 10 Most improved teams this offseason http://msn.foxsports.com/nba/p...rt=NBA&photo=9877266 1. Cleveland Cavaliers On paper, anyway, the Cavs improved themselves more than any team in the NBA. They lost almost nothing (Ben Wallace, Sasha Pavlovic) and gained Shaquille O'Neal (pictured), who showed he wasn't washed up in Phoenix last season. They also added two athletic wing players in Anthony Parker and Jamario Moon, giving them more length and versatility. And they're likely to make at least one more move, possibly signing Hakim Warrick or keeping Joe Smith. That's some bold maneuvering for a 66-win team, and it could certainly pay off with a championship. But for now, it's fair to view Shaq's acquisition with skepticism. After all, titles are won on the court, not on paper. If the Cavs are really that much better, they'll prove it in the playoffs. ............... and way down in nr. 10 are... Orlando Magic Losing Hedo Turkoglu and gaining Vince Carter (pictured) may not qualify as an upgrade at small forward. But Brandon Bass gives the Magic a more conventional power forward (Bass) to bang with Dwight Howard, while Matt Barnes and Ryan Anderson are two more shooters opponents will have to worry about. Losing Courtney Lee hurts, but keeping Marcin Gortat was a nice surprise. Quote

Darth Evil Dead Posted August 1, 2009 Report Posted August 1, 2009 WOW!!!! Dallas loses Bass and does not get Gortat..They basically have no starting center (Damp is done)..and just adds over the hill lost 5 steps Shawn Marion..and they are ranked ahead of us. GOOOOOoooooooo FOX SPORTS!!! Lets face it...Orlando is always going to be an underrated small market team. Even if we win a championship..the media will still put us down with some excuse. Quote
chosen12 Posted August 1, 2009 Report Posted August 1, 2009 You have got to love the sheer stupidity of these tools! But I love being the underdog, we fight better from the bottom up!!!! Quote
UBBALLER8 Posted August 1, 2009 Report Posted August 1, 2009 I guess Fox News isn't the only part of Fox programming that is capable of failing It wouldn't be Fox if there wasn't fail. Quote

Darth Evil Dead Posted August 1, 2009 Report Posted August 1, 2009 I like how they say: They also added two athletic wing players in Anthony Parker and Jamario Moon, giving them more length and versatility. And then with us is says we add Bass who is a more conventional power foward. And we added Matt Barnes who is just a shooter. Basically playing down these two...but Parker and Moon are the second coming of wing players. Also losing Courtney Lee is going to hurt real bad. We replace Vince with Lee....huge downgrade right Fox Sports? Also Toronto is ranked 4 because they added Franchies player and future hall of famer Turk to their team. I did not know Turk was the greatest player in the NBA until he left our team. When he was on our team the media bashed the heck out of him...now he is the second coming all of a sudden. Quote
