He would be a second/third string point guard for us. Just how bad could it be? He's a good passer and a streaky 3 point shooter. We could do much worse.

The only J Williams I would take is Jay Williams, the guy sitting at the desk at ESPN. The one who raped the summer league for the Nets and still got cut. I don't know why nobody ever picked him up, but I'll take him over Arroyo/Williams right now.
