When trying to answer this question, I came to the conclusion that we lack leadership on this team. The only guy I checked off was Dwight Howard because of the example he sets on the floor every game.

 

Michael Jordan was a no nonsense player that played extremely hard. He was not a Mr. Nice Guy and displayed his leadership on the court.

 

I believe your leaders need to be your coach and best players who are committed to winning.

WP Magic, you are so kind and thoughtful. But let's not confuse hard work ethic and leadership. We have no 'leaders'. Leaders lead, hard workers work their butts off to no avail. Leaders back their words with winning. We just have words. How many times have we heard someone on that list say: "We really have to put it on the floor in the coming weeks. We are a playoff team....blah, blah..."
