If a rookie(Lee) has to motivate a bunch of veterans, you're in trouble. This team has no heart and quits. Nell2ThaIzzay 1 Report post Posted June 14, 2009 Yea, we sure quit. We quit BAD when we were down 2-1 to Philadelphia, and again when Dwight Howard was suspended for game 6. We quit against Boston when they took a 3-2 lead against us, because no team had ever beaten Boston in a series when they went up 3-2, and there was no way we'd win a game 7 in Boston. We didn't even bother to show up. The worst quit, tho, was after game 2 against Cleveland. That shot that LeBron hit to close out the game just COMPLETELY killed our spirits. We had nothing left after that. Quitters. This team sucks. We need T-Mac back, because he is the prototypical player that comes out with heart and hustle, and gives 150% every time out. What team has this much dissention in the FINALS. This is when you are supposed to be together as a unit. But they are fighting over point guard minutes and other f***ery. You could see in the 3rd quarter they quit. The so called leader Howard just said the other team were more hungry then they were and they have to play for 48 minutes.
