I think Gortat would be even more imposing with a stache. Pietrus certainly looks tougher with one.

Magic - 91

Pistons - 103

If 'Allo 'Allo needed the token black guy, Pietrus would have been it.

lol! Awesome thread, Cali.

Pietrus looks like one of those guys that's gonna tie you up to a railroad track.

I honestly don't know what to predict for this game. I'll say one thing, though. I wanna see more of Howard and Gortat (Or as Matty calls him, Gorcin) on the floor together.

Hahaaha with the moustaches :-) you need to put them in a turtleneck also with sleeves rolled up.

As I am watching Shaq's ego on ESPN, I think we will pull this win. It will be close.

Magic 97 - Detroit 91

we're due for a win against the Pistons and a back to back with Boston is the perfect time.

Magic win 86-79.

leading by as many as 22 pts. but then survive a Piston run in the second half. sound familiar?

I couldn't watch the celtics game actually,I missed it. But when looking at the big win and the stats, pairing Gortat with D12 worked well at the defence point.

So if we can do the same thing to the pistons and running defense and offense smoothly for all the 4 quarters, we can absolutely beat them.

Also when we passed the 100+ barrier against them, we won.

We are a good team and today we showed the whole world why we are championship contenders.

So I say, it will be a win.

MAGIC: 102

Pistons: 79
