I feel like nothing is a guarantee with these guys. I was just thinking how I can feel unmotivated at work a lot and feel like I don’t wanna give 100 percent and how these guys like Fournier and Vuc giving lackluster effort with millions of dollars and a city to have some pride for. It really is sad we shouldn’t have to question any professional athletes effort ever. I think Briscoe is a big key with his infectious energy we definitely miss that.

Boy it sucks waiting 3 days for our next game feels like a week! Every game becoming a must win at this point. At least Hornets are down 27 and Detroit losing to Brooklyn by 20.

Conley puts them in the right role.

Conley is a really smart point guard who is great at sitting back and distributing.

Conley has averaged 20 ppg over the past 3 seasons
"What we really need is shooting"
Conley is a career 38% three point shooter.
"Well what about big games?"
In his last playoff series he averaged 25 and 7 on 49/45/84 shooting against the Spurs.
23/5/6 against Portland this year.
26 and 5 against Boston.
"Well what do we do if he declines"
We let his contract expire and find a new point guard. He's not going to go from 20ppg to 2019 Tony Parker in two weeks. His game is built to age. He'll be a viable starter throughout his contract.
Spot on! I think Conley can get us into the playoffs and be a positive impact on the young guys.
