a beautiful dunk, made possible by Oladipo's and Harkless' unselfishness ...
-
Harkless also stayed on top of Durant, and did pretty good … probably why he was still in the game at the end ...

in all honesty, after being sold on the tanking/rebuilding concept, what I'm worrying more about is that we would win more than we should … don't take me wrong, for I like to win as much as the next guy … and, like last night, to me it's a lot of fun watching our pups (excuse the plagiarism, Soul Bro) do their thing, even if we loose ... -

Do y'all feel that we REALLY are in "tank mode"? when y'all explain it, it makes sense especially because of our rebuilding status, but … read Schmitz's Take: Will Magic win too much? How Many Games Have you Watched from Beginning to End?
Johnny Castaway replied to Drain-O's topic in Orlando Magic Forum
pretty much my story … I've also been to two games at Amway, won 1 lost 1 … and to me is not the loosing, but how have we gone about it … like, for example, I love watching our young guns bang it with the stars, even when we're loosing … not so when BBD is doing his thing, even if we're winning ... -

Maybe, especially if the pups are given substantial minutes … I understand the tanking and showcasing concepts, but personally, if we're gonna loose, in the process I'd rather see the young guns shooting it out with the league's heavy artillery … -

An example of why I'd rather watch our young guns execute, even if we loose royally … heck! we're loosing royally with BBD and the likes as starters any damn how … let the pups take the bulk of the minutes, I say … Block of the Night - Kyle O'Quinn http://www.nba.com/magic/video/2014/01/21/012114magicnets2m4v-3117278/ -

I'm probably gonna get killed for it but, and even though I see a lot of talent in him, it seems to me Oladipo sometimes thinks he's the only one on the court and shoots, and shoots, and … well, shoots ... -

Don't know about y'all but, one thing I notice is that our guys hardly move the ball around … seems most of the time, whomever gets the ball from the PG, immediately turns around and shoot without even moving the ball trying to find someone whose in a better position … I mean, they got 20+ seconds to shoot … it's as if the ball burns their hands and they have t get rid of it … other teams, you sees them moving the ball back and forth, until they find someone whose in a better position to shoot ... -

this is what I would like … if we're gonna suck, lets do it with the young ones while giving them time to develop their respective games, and chemistry … for me is hard to watch BBD in a starter role ... -

So many of our shots where blocked, 10 in total according to ESPN … of which DeAndre Jordan feasted with 8 of them … while we only dished 1 … good grief! aside from the possibility of him being showcased trying for a trade, do y'all think that BBD should be starting and playing so many minutes? -

ROFLMAO … I once saw something similar, but in a high school game … and that, more than 40 years ago … good grief! -
Passing like two point guards in the night, Jameer Nelson and Victor Oladipo are at vastly different places for the Orlando Magic. Nelson is in the back half of his NBA career, but clearly still has a lot of game left in his 31-year-old body. As for Oladipo, he is a precocious 21-year-old and the future of the franchise, but he still has plenty of learning and growing to do in years to come. by John Denton http://www.nba.com/magic/news/denton-learning-coexist
