I want to start this thread by saying I approve of the hiring of Henny and Vaughn. I honestly was hoping for Brian Shaw instead but from everything that I've read about Vaughn, he's a very hard worker and is a really smart guy. I hope nothing but the best, but I have a story for you. The season starts, the team play is sporadic and shaky throughout the year, they have a few good wins and some head scratching losses against bad teams. The season goes in the toilet. After season is over, the GM and Coach are both fired. They hire the youngest GM/Coach in the leage, the first year is horrible and the team is in the bottom of the standings. The second year the team unexpectedly has a good season and just misses the playoffs but the fans feel like the team is on the verge of something special. Team starts the 3rd season strong but falls off a cliff in the last 3/4ths of the season. That's the story of the 2008-2011 Tampa Bay Buccaneers. I understand that basketball is different then football, but the reason the Bucs failed is because the young coach befriended his young players and there was no line between Coach and Friend. When things got rough, the young players just gave up on their coach because they didn't take him serious enough. If the Houston trade goes through we become one of the youngest squads in the NBA, hopefully they sign some veterans who know how to lead in 2013 or we will be in trouble. Actually you can't, Duhon has not recorded more then 6 assists all year. Out of 56 games that he has played in this year only 13 times has he had 7 or more points, BTW he has started 8 games this year. :panicworker:

With Nike releasing the NFL's new jerseys and all the recent events with the Orlando Magic and Dwight Howard, I'm writing a letter to Nike and asking if they could design a new logo and uniform design for the Orlando TRAGIC. We are not a team anymore, haven't been one all year except the 2 games before Dwight was gonna be traded. We don't have exceptional talent or even good talent. Our "Star" is more worried about his coach being mean and pushing him to be better then actually learning how to hit a shot where NO ONE covers you and is from the same spot EVERY time. If he started playing basketball as late as his Freshman year in highschool, he's still had 12 years to learn how to make at least 6 out of 10 shots from the line. But he would like the ball at the end of games and pouts about it publicly. WHAT? :panicworker: Our "Captains" sit on the bench, laugh, makes jokes, and have a ball as our coach calls hudles because they already gave up on the game.. in the 3rd quarter. Our GM .... I'm speechless, if any one of us messed up at work and set our company back over and over, made our company obsolete to our competition 3 years in a row, and just kept regressing based on almost completely on our decisions, THERE IS NO WAY WE WOULD STILL BE EMPLOYED. But Otis just sits back in the hallway and laughs while he keeps collecting paychecks. Our Coach as good as he is, will not change the lineup to save his job (literally) and honestly doesn't care anymore whether he's the coach or not (thats a quote). Our Defense is non-existent, not for a high power offensive team that puts up 115 easily like D'antoni's Suns, but for a team that is supposed to be a defensive juggernaut and a team that has the reigning 3 time dpoy on the roster. Completely 100% agree, and even if Vince was hurt that's a plus because JJ would get more minutes. When Stan is fired, Otis needs to be lit on fire. Edit: with 4:27 left in the 2nd qt of the Knicks game, Richardson is on fire. Gotta give props if I bash as well. If only he could keep it up.

Stan is a great coach but I feel like he is putting his money on Turkoglu coming alive down the stretch and that is NEVER gonna happen. Just bench him and get someone in the starting lineup who will come out and give 100% effort every night and play good defense.

How often does Turkoglu make a good play anymore? His rare alleyoops to Howard are the ONLY thing he can do anymore. I would honestly rather play 4 guys out there then have him on the court anymore, he's NOT GONNA SUDDENLY GET OUT OF HIS 3 year slump. Earl Clark can't score but AT LEAST HE CAN DEFEND! I would even start QRich over Turkoglu. Jason Richardson belongs on the 2nd team. There really isn't more to say then he belongs on the 2nd team and JJ should definitely be starting by now, even Liggins young legs would be a upgrade. Changes need to be made, or we are out in the first round. This is not a over reaction to just one game but a realistic look at these 2 over the hill players who really don't care anymore. Richardson actually tucked his arm in on that pass in the 3rd qtr from Nelson, it wasn't the greatest pass but WTF? Turkoglu has so many bone headed turnovers through out games that I just don't understand how he stays in the game, his pick and rolls aren't effective anymore and teams dare him to shoot or just steal it from him. Changes need to be made, and the most important change needs to come as soon as the season is over by firing Otis Smith. I would of never though I'd say this but I miss Vince Carter. ..Vince Carter

Corey Maggette has been hurt all year and the Bobcats are going nowhere fast. Hedo would bring some playmaking ability, not much.
