In the words of Herm Edwards..... YOU...PLAY...THE GAME TO WIN.. Period. Tanking is stupid. All of you 'fans' that want us to tank, I kinda want it to happen just to spite you guys. I want us to tank and then get a top 5 pick and have him turn out to be a Michael Olowakandi or a Greg Oden. Tanking is just downright STUPID!! Nothing is guaranteed, ask the Chicago Bulls how they like picking Jay Williams from Duke only to see his career ruined by a motorcycle crash. I'd like to see us get pick #1, take Wiggins, have him get injured in preseason and see some guy under the radar at pick #15 go on to be rookie of the year. I want us to win every single game. For the life of me I just can't see anybody else's opinion who claims they are a fan but yet want us to tank. Tanking is a gamble and plenty of times the top pick is a bust. I think Wiggins will be a star, but we could be the worst team in the league again like last year and still only get say a #4 pick. PLAY THE GAME TO WIN!!!!

ONCE AGAIN we lose to the Heat by less than 3 points. That's 3 times in the last 5 games. ONCE AGAIN the refs REFUSE to call ANY foul under the basket the Heat commit under the 2 minute mark. Yep, business as usual. No such thing as moral victories, but at least I got to see that narcissistic primadonna a-hole lebron get smacked in the mouth hard by a big fat BBD elbow. I was hoping to see him spitting up blood. Nice to see someone not intimidated or bowing down to the queen for once in my life! We just waited too late to have that intensity. Also, 3 pointer attempts, low percentage ones in which we are not wide open, KILL us EVERY CLOSE GAME. Jameer, STOP IT! Afllalo, STOP IT!! When we are down by 2, GO INSIDE, PLEASE!!!

Glen Davis has more heart than anybody else on this team. he's out there diving for balls, bleeding, not backing down, going head to head, elbowing the eff out of Lebron. This guy wants it. The rest of the players wait until 2 minutes left in the game to start going fierce and start looking like they want it. If everyone played with the heart and hustle of Glen Davis we would've never blown that 16 point lead. BBD ain't intimidated by this overrated crybaby Heat team. It was beautiful watching Lebron get popped in the mouth. Davis should be the leader of this team and inspire the rest to play tough balls to the wall basketball

yes, agreed! And Jameer does the same thing, when we are in a position to chip away at a lead or hold one, these two become gunslingers who fire up 3's out of nowhere before giving the others time to get down the court. We lost about 5 games last year due to this problem alone. Instead of waiting to penetrate and get some points in the paint, these two like to throw up quick, rushed 3's that just dig us into a deeper hole or make sure we blow a lead. I love what they do for us and they both help us win games, but this is definitely their glaring weakness and I wish they'd cut it out.

I'm out here in L.A watching the game on our local station. The Clippers commentators may have mispronounced Oladipo's name, but they have been giving the Magic props all game and have been gushing about how they are so good so fast and that they are a young, good team on the rise. And about how they got the better end of the deal in the Howard trade. I've been pleasantly surprised by this!

Thanks for sharing! Yeah our boys have given us all some good memories in the past 25 years!

I always have a problem with bad skipping when I go to firstrowsports. When I go to vipbox.net I don't have the same problem! Good luck!

When we have a solid lead like this, I sure do miss Chris Duhon coming into the game! -Said nobody....EVER : )

Wow if we look this good now, what happens when Glen Davis and Tobias Harris come back?? We might have trouble picking a starting 5! Our last 6 quarters of basketball look like the markings of a playoff team, at least an 8 seed. Go Magic!!

I really like that guy, seeing as we sure as hell need better defense but the acl injury makes me nervous. He could be another Greg Oden. Guess anybody could for that matter, just wish the injury didn't happen and he was leaving Kentucky early after seeing him in the N.I.T or the big dance had they made it.

I do understand probability. By losing tonight, we would have a better shot at landing the #1 pick. I understand that. Ping pong balls don't have memories, past drafts don't count, yada yada yada I get that. But I wouldn't know who to pick at #1 in this sub par draft class, you don't either, and I don't think Hennigan does either. It's just one of those draft classes where you just don't know. This game tonight like some of you suggested, doesn't amount to a whole lot. This season is going to go down as the worst season in franchise history second only to our inaugural 1989 season where only 18 wins were achieved. I do not want our team, this season, with so much promise, with so much realistic potential at at least making the playoffs as a #8 seed, to go down as the worst team. Why am I being attacked for that? Fan-ship is all a big pissing contest anyway and basketball is a game and bragging rights are exchanged every year. There are kids starving in Africa and it's all a game in the grand scheme of things. However, at the end of the season, a simple win can carry over into the off season. Winning boosts morale. Winning your last game would be favorable to say, winning your 3rd to last game and dropping your final 2. I wonder if our 15 strong in uniform or dressed are hoping for a win tonight?? I mean, according to you guys it doesn't matter right? Nobody wants to lose. I, as a FAN, am hoping for a WIN tonight. The whole reason this is even a discussion is because I replied to a comment on page 1 about a fan not understanding why anybody would be rooting for Orlando tonight. I attempted to explain why a fan would be rooting for his own team tonight. You guys are taking this too far and if you want to cheer for the heat that's your prerogative. I for one cannot stand the heat and I am not comfortable with our signature win of the season being beating the Lakers in L.A or the Clippers. I want to beat this team even if they are playing their d-league players doesn't matter. You will never see a yankees fan rooting for the red sox when they play each other under any circumstances and vice versa. THIS IS THE LAST GAME PEOPLE. We will not see our beloved Magic play again until a half a year from today has gone by. I want our boys to send their season out with a victory, not just for me as a fan but for them after all of the strides they have made and all of the difficulties that have arisen as a result of losing Dwight and having to start from scratch with 5 rookies and 3 second year players in uniform for a few of those games. Go Magic!!!

Well said, however, this is a year where the #1 pick is a toss up. In '03 you had Lebron and '04 you had Howard. I know that even a Tim Duncan or an Allen Iverson or a Shaquille, no matter, is a risk with injury or underperformance or a draft bust like a Greg Oden can always happen. But in this year's draft class, I'd rather see us win our last game against our hated rivals and have a good benchmark and signature win(even if they are sitting some starters) and get the #2, #3 pick, than to see us lose this game and get the #1 pick and use the pick on some guy that could easily have been a #2 pick, #3 pick, #4 pic etc. Right now winning this game is more important to me in the grand scheme of things than having more ping pong balls in a vacuum.

Look guys, all I'm saying is that I'm cheering for this team to win the last game of the season as a good way to send our guys off into the off season. We've been snake-bitten by injuries and plagued by a lot of bad luck lately but tonite is our rivalry game and it is the battle for the sunshine state. They've beaten us the last 3 times and two of those games I'm not convinced we would've lost without a lot of bogus calls from refs. I cannot consciously cheer for the Miami Heat tonite unlike some Orlando 'fans' who do so because they think having a few more ping pong balls in a vaccuumed tube that hasn't produced the #1 pick with the team that had the best chance in the last 9 years anyway and in a year where there is not even a consensus clear cut #1 pick in the draft class. Have some damn pride in your team is all I am saying, it is embarrassing to be known as the team that performed the worst during the '12-'13 season, seeing as how we were in the playoffs just one year ago and that jerkoff Dwight Howard gets all the satisfaction in seeing his stupid Lakers make the playoffs(hope not, pulling for Utah tonite) while we suffer and not only miss the playoffs for the first time in 7 seasons, but also end up with potentially a worse record than the friggin Charlotte Bobcats. Maybe if the worst team won the #1 pick a little more frequently, maybe if there was a clear cut #1 pick in this draft class, I dunno but it takes a lot for me to not cheer for this team ESPECIALLY the LAST GAME OF THE SEASON against those dreadful disgusting arrogant Miami Heat. That is all...
