I agree. My point was not about who I like the most. It was more about how the economic aspect of a transaction vs need. Like I said, PARKER/ISAAC/GORDON will not be much more productive on court that a line-up of ISAAC/GORDON/RANDLE yet you are saving a significant amount of money to add on another player like, lets say JJ(just an example) So, not really considering our current cap situation(expecting a complete clean out with Biz, Fournier,DJ and Vuch out), will you rather have the Parker/isaac/Gordon lineup(maxing out Gordon and Parker) vs the JJ?/Isaac/Gordon/Randle( with Randle and JJ splitting that 20 mills per year)?

Why? I mean, he is not much better that julius Randle at the moment and Randle is not close to be a max player. I undestand that Parker is a SF/PF and Randle is a PF/C. But looking the whole picture and adding Isaac to the equation A combination of Isaac/Parker/Gordon is not much better than a combination of Isaac/Gordon/Randle.

There is nothing wrong with that. I am glad to hear that they are not closing any doors. This is the only way you can explore the market and see the value of your players and even if there is a 99% chance they dont trade him at least you are doing your due deligience as the GM. As long as you dont write it on a board

Idk. Hearing John speaking about Mario yesterday Gave me the impression that they did not picked his option with a plan in mind. He wished Mario all the best but did say that signing him in the offseason is a possibility. Another thing he said that really got my attention was in regards last game win. Where he said it was impressive considering we have 4 of our top 6 players out( vuch, Isaac, Gordon, Ross). Fournier and Simmons will be, In my opinion, the other 2 making that top 6. Leaving out Payton, Biz and Mario. That is clearly a statement on how he feels about Payton.

Convince Mario to sign a multiyear contract with us. Give him some Amway shares or pay him with Bitcoins.. IDK but make it happen. Trade DJ, Vuc, Maybe Fournier and Work hard on getting some assets back. select Young, Ayton, or Doncic. Let Payton test the market and match any offer under 10mill. per year if we go with Ayton or let him walk and go after Evans. If we select Young or Doncic let him walk .
