We should be rooting like hell for the Dubs tonight. Toronto plays both Miami and Brooklyn in their last 4 and the only reason they give a damn about these games is because Golden State is only 2 games back (only 1 in the loss column) of them for home court in a potential Finals matchup.

The playoff push excitement doesn’t have me mentally prepared for the season to be over in a week, so let’s just go ahead and make it as the 7 seed and scare the hell out of Toronto in the first round

Are there any realistic pathways to us being able to afford Kemba? I mean, if he makes an all-nba team this year, forget about it, but if he doesn’t?

To add another thought, what’s our record look like right now if we got post-all-star Fournier all season instead of his rough start. I definitely think we’re better than our record and would put us in the same conversation as Boston as the 4th best team in the conference right now.

There was one play in particular last night that completely turned the game and crushed our spirit on the night. When Kawhi wrestled the offensive board away from AG and it turned in to a Gasol 4 point play. Things really went downhill from there.

I disagree with this. We didn’t take our foot off the gas, we lost to a more talented team on a night where they were en fuego from beyond the arc. We don’t have anyone that can stop runs when we’re slumping like that by getting an iso bucket or getting to the line. I hope ‘Kelle’s gonna be that dude going forward.

I agree with this whole-heartedly. I wish we started MCW to muscle up Lowry and kept Evan on Green. DJ matches up much better with Van Vleet or Linn, and MCW can match Lowry’s physicality pretty easily.

He’s been real bad the last 3. Also, Ross has really struggled for the past 8 (outside of the Memphis game). Really need to get those 2 rolling again.

I think by the end of the night Saturday we’ll be 40-40 and have a real shot at being the 6th seed. I didn’t see anything tonight out of us that deterred me from that. To quote Jay Magic... “42-40!!”

Also, watch Charlotte. If they lose tonight in Utah, they’re all but done.

I mean, if you can split the season series with the 2nd best team in the NBA record-wise, something works in your favor. AG defends Kawhi better than most of the league, Isaac ones Pascal, even tonight, coach tried to play DJ on Green and it failed miserably, but he also averages 10 points a game and is gonna go for 30 tonight. Long story short, I’d rather play them than Milwaukee if we sneak in.
