Yep. If we can move him for future late picks or cash considerations we get under the apron and can bring in a buy out guy to bolster the bench. Someone like McCollum or Middleton would be huge to add to the bench scoring output. I hope Weltman is as aggressive as he can be, we need a better rebounding, rim protecting big and one more scorer off the bench and I think we’re in a good spot to make a deep run. Dream scenario would be Daniel Gafford and CJ McCollum for me. AB/Bane/Franz/Paolo/Dell with a bench of Suggs/CJ/TDS/Moe/Gafford with Penda and Jase there for bench depth and baby we got a stew going.

We are officially at the half way point of the season. Not the most fun first half, Paolo missed 10 games, Franz missed 16, Jalen missed 18. Tyus Jones has proven to be washed and a bad signing, Mosley doesn’t seem to be a coach that’s gonna get us late season success… and yet thanks to Bane’s consistency and AB’s emergence, we’re 23-18, and only 2 games out of the 2 seed in the conference.
Exciting chance to go on a run and turn the season into what we all hoped it was gonna be.

Don’t think it’s a coincidence at all that Paolo looked better today than he has since he got back from injury. Having Franz back is so refreshing.

That AB dunk better not get lost because of when the game was, just absolute filth! 1 on 4!! And a casual 21 points 6 boards 7 dimes. There’s no way in hell we can bench this dude when Suggs gets back

Tyus in and being terrible and Jase nailed to the bench even tho he’s been solid over the past several appearances is pissing me off. I can’t wait until we get a new coach that knows how to play the best players

Been thinking about this team and when we finally get to full strength. And I’ve come to the conclusion that J Suggs needs to come off the bench and be on a consistent minutes limit indefinitely and we steer into the AB breakout being real. Start AB/Bane/Franz/Paolo/WCJ and let Suggs play 25 minutes as 6th man.

Franz is back tomorrow!!! Still no Suggs, but at least we get our Boogie back. Let’s go!

Tyus is at 29%. He’s 38% for his career and shot 41% last season.

We gotta study what’s in the water in Orlando, it’s incredible how literally everyone forgets how to shoot an open 3 as soon as they don a Magic jersey. We’d turn Steph Curry into a 30% 3 point shooter. Bane and Tyus are career excellent 3 point shooters and they can’t hit an open one to save their lives in Magic Blue. What. The. Efffff!!

Glad to pull off the win. So good to have Moe back. Him hyping up the crowd in the early 4th brought it to life and helped fuel the comeback.
If you would’ve told me before the season started that 40 games in, you could make a very legit argument that Anthony Black is our most important player, I’d be shocked and terrified.

He’s averaging 3.2 points and 2.5 assists on sub 35% shooting from 2 and sub 30% shooting from 3. Hard to frame that as a system problem.
