Second night of a back to back, midway through a long road trip, against the best team in the West? Schedule loss written all over it. I get to see the boys in person for the first time all season on Monday, so that’ll be fun! Hope they show up.

We’re definitely not, and while it’s always the right move to not force a move, the lack of activity at the trade deadline on pieces we could cash in for that we may lose for nothing is a contradiction to the approach we’ve taken this season. Isaac’s injury was over a year and a half ago and I’ve seen way too many Markelle practice videos for him to still be out with no official updates. They’ll never lose me as a fan, it’s in my blood, but this is one of the most frustrating seasons I can remember.

Serious question, with 25 games left do we think we even bother playing Fultz and Isaac this year?

Agreed on Bol, just always felt like it was inevitable he’d wind up here at some point cause of Weltman and Hammond’s obsession with wingspan.

I did misspeak initially, Bol is an RFA with like a $2 million QO so the trade seems to be a free shot at Bol and a 2nd round upgrade to get Boston out of the tax

I’m guessing judging by the fact we’ve already made the 2 roster moves required to complete our first trade that we’re probably done for the day. Thanks for the hustle MCW, and uhh, thanks for warming the bench E’Twan. We do have a QO on Bol Bol for next year, so maybe we see him as a discount Bamba when we let him walk?

Before anybody gets too excited, not only are Dozier and Bol both out for the season, they’re also both UFA next year and chances are high that neither ever suits up for us… but hey, at least we did something

The rumor I keep seeing for Ross is him to the Lakers for THT and a super protected first, which I guess isn’t the worst deal.

Hard pass on Julius Randle for me. I don’t think he’s the kind of player that makes a team better. As deadline day nears, I think I’m at the point where I’m ok with minimal moves. I think Ross is gone, and with his contract length and age he probably should be, it’s 50/50 on Bamba and I really hope we keep G. I have zero reason to believe he’s a buyout candidate, at least.

Both trades today my initial reaction has been “why?” lol

We actually got 3 that expire on deadline day. Fournier’s is the big one, but also like $4.5 mill from Aminu and like $2 mill from Gary Clark. Now, there’s a 99% chance WeltHam wont utilize any of em, but the 1% will be fun to talk about over the next 60 hours or so.

This is big news for Mo. It more than likely means that wherever he’s playing next year, he’ll be playing on a 1 yr $10 million prove it deal.

Bamba is the biggest waste of size I’ve ever seen. It’s time to move on. He’s definitely worse than WCJ, and he’s probably not even the best Mo on the team (and that’s not saying Moe Wagner is good).

At least the starters shouldn’t be tired against Boston tomorrow. Hopefully this game calms down the panic about us going on some crazy run and playing .500 ball the rest of the way to hurt the pick. 2 games left till the trade deadline

Start of this one is reminding me of the Bulls game the other night. If we try to approach this game as a shootout with the Grizz, we’re gonna get run out of the building. D needs to be better. Also, Ja is so good!

At this point it’s even more than just a string of good games. His splits since December have been really solid. I agree his start was dreadful, and stats back that up but as the rust has worn off he’s been good more than bad this season.

I guess my feelings on this come down to if Gary Harris is part of our future and would re-sign here. He’s only 26 and honestly has looked great once he’s finally gotten healthy. If we’re not re-signing him then of course we should definitely get something for him at the deadline. There will definitely be bidders

Kind of glad I accidentally hit “watch live” instead of “watch from beginning” when I logged in to the NBA App tonight and only watched the 4th quarter. This team doesn’t quit, that’s for sure. Had no business winning this one tonight but I’ll take it. Gary Harris’ resurgence has been fun to watch
