I was going to say, as I can't watch at work, what caused this run. I guess I have my answer lol

    2021-2022 Orlando Magic Season Thread… Let’s Goo!!!

I love that someone posted this on reddit: https://omagic.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_9sDegpXEUyFyhaC?source_id=paidFB&audience=buyers&fbclid=PAAaYxfeIc7jsshMTN5oyD54_lnEFqtEQloCdUU0AWN6_6jjCYrDJikYJHi_E_aem_AQ57a0o7-jQZQoVa7OoFAo3mJTxXtJ1ZGZdyT1yobiEgcFGUmnd-3kj7gB40VD-Ose-8mrQELOngHR7hUJGLZi4UYln_MRBWnk9jWpT5EEyiJIyBnvGgonKwdus-4AxDuPI It seemed to be emailed to a ticket holder but I clicked the link and responded despite being all the way on the other side of the world. This is exciting!

I can get behind that. Feel it more for Detroit, but I hear it!

Magic at Bucks Official Game Thread - Mon., Nov. 22nd @ 8 PM

Glad I didn't see this one... I wouldn't be bothered by the Fultz stuff if we didn't get those summer videos. Isaac stuff is going to be a nightmare for all involved. How can you hate the Bucks though? Jealous I get it; I am too lol. Can't hate them though. Organic improvement; decent organisation; remained patient and it paid off.

man how did I forget Chuma, I love Chuma! oh I'm a bad fan! I know I'm being dramatic but he needs the love. I really hope the really encouraging performances from him and others recently are a harbinger of things to come

lol magic the gathering.. nice I might actually get a chance to watch this one. Hoping for a good showing then, or at least effort and attempts at the right plays.

As there is likely never going to be enough therapy for me to get over the events of 2012, I hope Trae Young and co. lose the will to play competitve basketball tonight.

Again his As much as I agree in that many instances of his play have been myopic and 'blinders-on' as he lurches into bad shots without giving up the ball... I have to stick my nose in here and say ... isn't it an oxymoron to decry perceived subjectivity about someone's motivations and then offer up your own subjective take on them? He may well be selfish, but you continue to assert that you know undoubtedly that he is entirely self-absorbed rather than motivated by many possible drivers (and more than likely there are multiple things going on at once as not one of us humans are that simple). I am not saying you need to like what you see, but I truly think you could benefit from scrapping ideas like that with people you are not personally familiar with. It won't make Orlando Magic basketball any less infuriating but maybe the open mind will let you be a bit more patient with things. You can enjoy the learning and trajectory and not be so angry about the mistakes that way.

Nah this team seriously needs a calm head at the top. His spot is safe.

I'm not going to say any of us know what is most important to him but I will absolutely say a large chunk of his decision making is definitely very selfish and infuriating. I didn't get to see this one but what he did against SAS was just abysmal and hopefully that ship will start to right itself when Markelle gets back and his minutes are limited to that 6th man role. Right now he is it and doesn't always know what to do with that.

well if nothing else they at least had the confidence to come back and win the last quarter instead of completely crumbling and losing by 30. Could be worse. Bad game. They'll move on.

I am immensely satisfied with him already. He's just hard to ignore. So even if he turns out our 6th man over time, he's already a great one.

his 44/42/81 shooting on the season isn't bad seeing as he's about the only competent shot creator out there

I'd like to think that Kelle's playmaking would be a huge boon for these guys and their shooting percentages. I really can't wait to see him back.

Love how people across the internet were having a meltdown over us taking Franz over someone like Bouknight and here we are playing Charlotte - Franz starting and having an impact; Bouknight unable to crack the Hornet's rotation.

    2021-2022 Orlando Magic Season Thread… Let’s Goo!!!

I think financially, seeing as we have WCJ signed, Isaac signed and Franz and Chuma on rookie deals ... we should have no issue keeping all of them so long as Bamba and the team can and do have an agreement in place. Should be a couple of years and will mean someone up front would have to break out big time to have to make us sweat on that right now. I'm mostly worried that there will just be enough tiny improvements across the board for us to get locked into a mediocrity cycle like last time. Hope someone has by the end of the year firmly established themselves as a franchise guy or we position ourselves to draft one failing that

I like the comment I saw before from a Warriors fan on reddit telling our fan base that Mulder turns into Curry "when your teams either up by 25 or down by 25" and is pretty average the rest of the time lol

If they were that reliable, consistently, they wouldn't be end of the bench guys. And if Tyrell Terry had as many options to crack the Mavs' rotation as they are saying, doesn't sound like he's worth much more either.

Although I am all for taking what can be gotten - provided it is fairly acquired and not exploitative - Kevin Heurter's recent comments were absolutely refreshing. Total antithesis of the Dennis Schroder debacle.
