Are you completely braindead???? Obviously JJ needs to start at PF with AJ at C. This way we could have the NBA's tallest backcourt with Dwight and Gortat...... And this thread is full of fail. Full. Of. Fail. are you sure braindead is one word? Pffft. You must be the one saying start JJ at C instead of PF..... oh no, Center all the way...I just didn't want you getting e-corrected for your grammar on the message board, it's detrimental to your ego and reputation...at least, that's what I'm struggling with now... I wasn't e-correcting you, I merely thought it was funny that in your attempt to call me stupid you were unaware how to use the very term of your own selection to insult my intelligence. I lol'd. JJ >>> Kobe.

Summer 2010 for the Orlando Magic

I'm unaware of the exact percentages, but I'm fairly certain adding a well past-his-prime ball hog who ignores any responsibility on defense (even when healthy) usually doesn't correlate to team success or good team chemistry.

    Biggest Weakness So Far?

Defense hasn't been great, especially pick-and-roll D in the Toronto game. Should improve as guys get more comfortable with the rotations and learn where Dwight likes to roam.

Ryan Anderson for Most Improved Player

After 3.659% of the season has elapsed, here are my awards: MVP - Carmelo Anthony MIP - RA 6th Man of the Year - JJ DPOY - Greg Oden COTY - Erik Spoelstra I am fairly certain that this is exactly how it will remain for the next 6 months.

    How bout them Cavs?

I worry about nobody in the East except for the Celtics in the first half of the season, before their tired legs and injuries begin. Go Magic!!!! One of the single most ignorant statements I've ever heard. I mean I hate the Cavs as much as the next guy, but come on.

Good. yeah, we're so serious it's... yeah we're not that serious. this sort of thread happens every week, you'll see the 'lets trade carter for joe johnson' thread next week, and the lets trade jj for the philly mascot the week after. it's more or less an, all other things aside, what would you take to get him here. lebron isn't really hated, he's a great talent, him not shaking hands with anyone after a loss makes people thing he's a punk though, that's just plain and simple. so he's more disrespected than hated here, he's obviously got game, you can't consider someone a true enemy unless they are good enough to be there. Haha, i know. I've been lurking around these forums long enough to know about these ridiculous hypothetical threads. Sort of poking fun at them with my own sarcasm. And the hatred dig comes from the "If LeBron ever came to Orlando I'm never watching again" statements, which seem to be the norm.
  13. quote: Originally posted by M4G1C:but how long did it take cleveland to lose their first home game last season? let's be realistic, we can't start sleeping on the cavs after 1 game against an excellent celtics team. however, they are not as dominant as people think they will be, at least they didn't look like it. their problem is at pf. the cavs are really banking on leon powe coming back strong, otherwise it will be a long season Agreed, all I'm saying is give them time because they'll be there fighting in the second round, although I do expect a BOS-ORL ECF. As far as the home loss goes, seems to me the Magic stole that aura of "invincibility" the Cavs had going at the Q. The crowd was just never that into it last night.

  15. quote: Originally posted by Darth Evil Dead:Heck...I'm not sure if they can even beat the Raps tonight... Barns, Bosh, and the Turk are going to pick and roll them to death tonight.. And Shaq and Big Z will still be tired from the back to back...trouble for Cleveland, they might start 0-2 And how would they ever recover from that disastrous start? If memory serves a certain NBA finalist began 0-2 with losses vs ATL and MEM last season and the wheels stayed on. No, the Cavs didn't look good. There was no ball movement, as usual. I don't think the Shaq pick up will help. Parker is actually a good player but the hype around Moon baffles me, don't know how he became a sought after commodity. Mike Brown's schemes are obviously rudimentary or his players just don't listen. But we all know in the end the Cavs will be a top 3 team in the East vying for the ECF. Writing them off after the first game of the season is a little hasty.

I'd take Carter in a heartbeat. I just know, as you all do, that often the grass is greener, so just as all the raps fans are going crazy for Hedo, he aint that great, so too is the affect carter has on some of you. its human nature. Please just respond like an adult brother, I'm a 37 year old man who doesnt even use words like "troll". Its silly. Yeah c'mon guys, cut the silly name calling. Real, mature adults prefer jokes about penis size.

    Hedo's Preseason

Disregard the preseason, the great Hedo goes off this year for 23.8/8.6/9.4 en route to an MVP season. Meanwhile, VC misses 68 games with a toe injury, becomes disgruntled, and quits on the team. Do some research.
