Just my $0.02 on the Paul situation. If Paul really wants to come to Orlando, his agent/camp could let other teams know that Chris will opt out if he goes to that team. Basically a team Chris doesn't want to be at will dismantle their young core to get him and then have Paul walk after two years. This then leaves said team up ****s creek IMO and would hopefully scare them away giving the Magic that much more of an advantage.

I'm really not a fan of starting both Shard and Anderson, I'd rather see Bass start at the 4. I think Bass provides good energy, toughness and nice mid range game.

Skip Bayless is one of the biggest and most clueless tools around. Atlanta? Seriously? LOL!

I obviously have no knowledge as to what went on behind closed doors, but this is exactly the reason you need to be proactive instead of reactive. We had a hard enough time guarding Wade and James when they played on seperate teams, now we have to try and defend both at the same time. While we are still a good team, we are a few moves away IMO from competing with Miami. Like other have said, Wade and James will constantly attack Dwight and have him in serious foul trouble quickly. Here's to hoping something gets done in the next day or two, because I'm just not that confident right now.

Carter and Lewis's contracts are obviously hampering us from bringing in a big name this offseason. However, once we drop Carter after next season I can see us going after Melo or CP3. I just don't expect any big signing this offseason.

Here are problems I think we need to address: 1. Jameer nelson- The guy just isn't a pass first PG and can't get other guys easy shots. Can you imagine having a rondo or Chris Paul type of guy running the point? 2. Rashard Lewis- I've never been a fan of his because for a guy 6'10" he is a pansy. The guy can't create his own shot and has to rely on others far too much. 3. Vince Carter- While I'm a huge Carter fan, he just isn't what this team needed to get over the top. 4. Physicality/Toughness- We lack these traits both physically and mentally. Anytime we run into a team that is tough and physical it seems that we struggle. 5. Bosh/Wade- I know it's a lonog shot, but if we could add one of these guys it would help a lot IMO.

This is some of the worst officiating I have ever seen. Dwight has been called for so many BS fouls it isn't funny. Then all of a sudden Charlotte is allowed to run everyone over and molest us with no calls. Hopefully we can maintain this lead despite the officials helping out Charlotte.

My biggest problems with Rashard have always been his lack of rebounding, soft play and lack of defense. I personally think his contract is going to hamper the Magic when trying to add pieces to the team and wouldn't mind getting rid of Rashard if it meant being able to add Bosh.

Lamar is a straight up punk that needs an elbow to the face!
