I know, but we really need him at lead guard. The funny thing is that Trey Burk is the best pure point in the draft, but smart has the most NBA upside between the two. If burk goes late, he will surprise like nelson. If smart ends up being a 2 guard, then Shabazz, Ben and Victor are better options.

I sure hope he is a full time pg at top 5.

Are you some what scared of Marcus's turnovers and shooting percentage?

Quote: "It occurs to me that some of those names are probably easy enough to dismiss straight off the cuff -- Millsap for one just doesn't make sense because the Clippers would be trading one positional redundancy (Chris Paul and Bledsoe) for another (Blake Griffin and Millsap) and they don't want to have to pay Millsap starter money to be a backup when he's a free agent this summer any more than they want to do that for Bledsoe the following summer." http://www.clipsnation.com/2013/2/17/3998546/nba-trade-rumors-eric-bledsoe-la-clippers-garnett-millsap

I think a team would do that trade, but I would not trade him. You dont trade a 7'0 22 year old big like nick, on a rookie contract, for a project big that may work out on def. Nick is in the top 5 in double doubles and already one of the best rebounders in the middle. He has a nice touch around the basket, good hands to catch and range on his shot. So he is a building block; especially in a league were big men are hard to get and grossly over paid. I think jj can play 6 more years, because of his skill set and the fact that his game does not involve athleticism. So if we sign him, it would not be the end of the world. though, I do believe we should make a trade with him, for a talent like bledseo or a pick.
-
they really want to get red of butler.
-
Butler is an expiring contract next year. If we pick up butler, we dont have to give up a pick or a young player.
-
This has been suggest: Magic get: Bledsoe and Buttler Clips get: JJ and smith (or Jones) There is also this Garnett problem (Click)

Are you serious? They could not be more different. Bledsoe is a lot better defender. He will be in the top 1-3 in steals when given the mins. He is also one of the most explosive and exciting young players in the league. He is a stat stuffer; more effiecient, better rebounder, gets blocks, and a better passer than Crawford. When he wins the slam dunk contest, it will open the eyes of people on the east coast. BTW, He shoots 43% from 3 and 45% from the field. Smart and Bledsoe would be nasty on Defense, but if we got him I would feel better about McLemore, Bennett, and Shabazz. Bledseo's problem is CP3 and Billups in front of him. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q01B5oxNc8U

I rather trade for bledseo and pay him in 2 years from now.

Howard's father said how stan would have handled things better than the lakers and there coach. I thought it was funny because of the whole howard trying to get me fired thing that happened with the media.
-
its not allows greener on the other side.
-
I am not high on jennings.
-
so he ate too much pizza... lol
-
Agreed. Drew can be a nice spark off the bench, but one of the starting bigs need to be an enforcer type or defensive minded.
-
out of the players least likely to be moved on our team, it is nick.
-
Vuc has shown flashes of being a very good low post player and is already a top rebounder. So his offensive game as a big off set some of his lack on defense.
-
drew can be 20 point scorer, but he needs to work on defense.
-
Most Impressive: low post game on offense: nick and drew neslons assists turk not playing Most Disappointing: we dont have any rim protection JV, we need to play iinside out
-
he leads the league in blocks. The trade is not going to happen.
-
We would have to cut or trade a player from our roster because we would be over the max roster count. I would like the trade more if we could get a third team to take rip.
-
It was said to be a three team trade with the suns. Phoenix gets: Roy Hibbert Indiana gets: JJ Redick and M. Gortat Orlando gets: Lance Stephenson and one 1st from each team.
-
Like JJ for Turner... the numbers work.
-
I agree. If we do trade him, it better be for a good talent like bledseo
