  1. Most of us wouldn't even know Shumpert's name had he not played for the Knicks. He does nothing on the offensive end and unless he grows 6 inches, idk how he helps what they are lacking on the defensive end. Sure he's a solid perimeter defender, but the Cavs just traded their best trade piece and failed to address their biggest need.

And that first round pick is highly protected.

    I've watched alot of NBA

I think Shumpert has shown a number of flashes to be a good to very good player.

Maybe a change of scenery surrounded by a proven champion in Lebron will help also

JR Smith & Shumpert >>>> Waiters

To be honest i couldn't give a damn about other teams just makes decent convo

The state of our Magic is a whole lot more concerning for me right now

  2. Knicks now have over 30mil to spend in the summer. Great move by them. They will get some big names with that space. I don't like it for the Cavs but they're in panic mode already. Waiters (though a head case) is still young can score the ball. JR Smith is locked down for 3 years and is also a head case. Such a lateral move for the Cavs. They should have used Waiters to get a big.

    they got iman shumpert also......

  3. Three Cleveland players, including Waiters, on the way out, league sources tell Yahoo Sports. There's a trade call set for later tonight.

New York is sending J.R. Smith to Cleveland, league sources tell Yahoo Sports.

Along with Waiters, New York is sending Iman Shumpert to the Cavaliers, league sources tell Yahoo Sports.

Dion Waiters will be traded to Oklahoma City in the three-way deal, league sources tell Yahoo Sports.

  4. On Wednesday against the Celtics, Vaughn once again subbed Harkless in with 1:47 left in the first quarter.

Harkless, a 21-year-old swingman, has attempted to remain patient.

"I just try to focus on what I can control and just try and stay ready," Harkless said. " never know when I'm going to get put out there, so I just try to be ready any time so I can help my team and put us in a position to win."

Harkless played 13 minutes Wednesday and didn't make much of an impact. He scored three points and gathered two rebounds.

Vaughn had has conversations with Harkless about his role.

Those conversations, Vaughn said, are "geared towards accepting your responsibility of your profession. This is what you signed up for, and there's no guarantee there's minutes for you. You earn those minutes. You produce those minutes.

"And when you're not in the rotation, there's still a responsibility that you have to have: of having yourself ready, whether that's extra running, whether that's extra film work, whether that's having the mindset that, 'I'm a backup quarterback and the starter could go down on one play and I need to be prepared just as if I was the starter.' "

  5. NO EFFORT. Deserved to lose. We got smacked

I hope someone calls them out for effort.

    Refresh the starting line up.

Also still can not bare to see Oladipo bringing the ball up and Elfrid standing around as a spot up shooter.

The fact we was up by 10 also is baffling!!!!!!!
