  6. Oops had it backwards...why would they show him 3rd if he isn't in the top 5?
  7. I"m not sure if anyone else was watching the games on ABC yesterday but they had a pretty long conversation about total points scored in the 4th quarter this year after Kobe scored so much at the end of the game vs. Dallas. First place was Kobe 2nd by about 30 pts was Lebron 3rd was Hedo....only 6pts behind Lebron........! and the 4th player (don't remember who) was 60 pts behind Hedo. Now how how do you like that company? Thats a pretty serious stat........! We are idiots if we let Hedo get away....Just wanted to share that little bit of info.

    Dwight on Jim Rome tomorrow

In case anyone is interested, Dwight will be on the Jim Rome AM radio show tomorrow. The time was not mentioned but in case you aren't familiar with the Jim Rome show its on 12p to 3p on 740am in Orlando. I know I'll be listening. I figured one of the Magic would be on the show during this little break we're finally getting, and it just happens to be Dwight! Can't wait. Listen in, support our team......GO MAGIC!

  12. Not sure if anyone else was listing but when asked if a Kobe trade was something that he was interested in. He said that it would be foolish if the magic didn't look at bringing Kobe to orlando as long as he didn't have to part with any of the players he wanted to keep.(he only said Dwight!) Not to bring up more Kobe talk, (there's been SOOOO MUCH) but I though it was interesting to hear Otis publicly say that its definatly something that they're looking at and that the Lakers aren't desperate "YET" for a trade but if you can ever bring in a player to make your team better you HAVE to explore your options. Forgive me if i'm beating a dead horse....just thought it was interesting......

    Stan The Man!

    Fendi----thats some funny S*^%!
  15. Just stumbled across this article this morning and wanted to share....... The Magic just got a whole heck of a lot better, and they did it without any first-round draft picks or desperate draft-day deals. That's right, kids, Rashard Lewis is going to Disney World. I don't know about you, but I just found myself a new team to cheer. Dwight Howard and Lewis playing the inside-outside game? Yes, please. It's still unclear how the rest of the off-season will play out for the Magic, though it appears as if Darko Milicic is on his way out. Regardless of how things shake out the rest of the way, it's hard not to like this move for everyone in Orlando other than Hedo Turkoglu. Turkoglo now becomes expendable, as Lewis gives the Magic a similar type of player who is much, much better at his craft. I don't think Lewis' fantasy value swings much in either direction, although he might see a small jump in the points category. Howard, on the other hand, benefits just by having a big-time outside threat, thus limiting the opposition's ability to double-team him in the post. Jameer Nelson (or whoever's playing point guard) undoubtedly will see an increase in assists with the sharp-shooting Lewis in town. Meanwhile, Grant Hill has left the Magic for greener pastures in Phoenix, which (for the moment) will give Trevor Ariza a chance to see more of the court. In 2006-07, Ariza was right on the brink of having some serious fantasy value, averaging 10.5 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.2 steals on 57.8 percent shooting from the field in the month of December, but suffered a knee injury that set him back the rest of the way. The way the Magic lineup appears right now, I don't see Ariza starting, but I do see him earning the bulk of minutes off the bench as the sixth man, which is a role he should excel in. Of course, we're going to have to see the rest of Orlando's moves before we can call Ariza a sleeper. GO ORLANDO.....I'm PUMPED for this Season....it'll be an obvious upgrade from last season and I enjoyed that too. I think ppl have forgotten that we have a completely new team even if we did keep the same players just based on the coaching change!!!!!! HEEEYOOOOOOOO
