Otis has problems with Carter, Shard and Jameer. All three were exposed in the Boston Playoff series. The best situation is to package Carter, Shard with Gortat and do a sign and trade to acquire a top free agent and a solid player. If the Magic stay the same expect the same results.

All year I have been criticized for comments I have made about Jameer, Vince and Shard. We are no better than last year and Vince is not the answer and Shard was a stupid move by Otis. Jameer is a weak point guard that has been schooled by Rondo. How should out line up be? JJ is the next Ray Allen start him Trade if you can Vince's expiring contract sign and trade shard for Bosh. The biggest problem the Magic have is a lack of scoring consistency and no scoring leader on the floor. Vince Carter was brought in to deliver this to the Magic but Vince has never been under pressure to be a leader neither in Toronto or New Jersey. He would just jack up 25 to 40 shots per game and average over 20 points. He is crumbling under pressure and I hope he can turn it around but it is doubtful. After watching the Wizards game and seeing VC miss two shots at the end of the game here are my reflections. VC is completely out of sink and it is time to cut the lose and trade him. VC is done he has no explosion and is very weak on D JJ has more hustle and can shoot the ball. Trade VC Jameer when is he going to get hurt again. Jwill is doing a good job but point guard is a weakness for the Magic since they let Chancey get away. The chemistry with Vince Carter has changed completely the Magic. After seeing his shot selections and the number of shots he has taken no even playing a consist amount of game we need to trade him. We need a quick guard and a big guard. More length around Dwight and a 2 guard that can shoot. I would bring back Darrell Armstrong as a asst coach and I am starting to wonder if SVG should also go. The Magic have no leadership we have a payroll that pays b level players like A+ players. We need to make a trade to shake the team up. There is no intensity there is no heart and hustle.
