as much as I would like to build the "right way" paul george on the orlando magic? yes please. its not ibaka. its george and with the right lineup? yambo, gordon, george, ross, payton; back up lineup zimmerman, defensive pf fa, mario, draft pick sg that shoots best 3 percent, best of roster available pg that can shoot 3. giv it a shot. best line up since turk, lewis, unmentionable, pietrus, ALSTON. see if we can build around him and can get him to stay.

Play him until the season ends and see if he can get better with actual consistent minutes. If not at least we know. Right now we know he may have potential but has not shown it. But you know who doesn't have potential? Green. Give Mario ALL his minutes. ALL of them. You can not really be playing to win with Green getting minutes like that. Just saying. SO if you are playing to lose; at least develop in the process.

This because we already know what we have in these VETS and well that didn't get us very far. SO run the young ones and let them grown together. Payton/Mario/Brown/Gordon/Biyambo. Augustin/Fournier/Green/Ibaka/Vuc can come off the bench until they are trade or go elsewhere.

Why not? We need points. We need to be competitive. Fournier; Ibaka; Vuc; Green 1st(if necessarary). Melo and say Lee because we miss him. Payton/Lee/Melo/Gordon/Biyambo Augustin/Mario/Brown/Zimmerman/Me(or someone else) That is why. Will it work for a championship? No but I need competitive until we can draft/grow our own superstar

You are REALLY not a fan on Vucevic are you?! LOL

Don't get me wrong, I would prefer a defensive center but who? Trade Vucevic/Gordon/Fournier/1st for Thompson? Then we "blowing up" again. Now that I type that I love the line up Payton/Thompson/Mario/Ibaka/Biyambo. But that is who I am giving Vucevic up for. Not Rudy Gay. Not Griffin. Not Boogie. We need someone who can put point on the board regularly. Now would GS even pick up the phone. Probably not. But I am not trading my best player for The Sacramento Kings "best" player. Nope. More mediocre. Go big or if you can't, "develop" in the mean time.

Maybe I am looking at this wrong but I really don't want to give up Vucevic. This league best I can tell is going to a jump shooting league. Not many slashers like that save for the Lebrons and Hardens and no defensive center really is going to slow them down. Don't really need a starting "defensive minded" center. Maybe find some better defensive guards that can better slow the penetration and stay with their assignments on the outside. Or better yet get the ones we have to do that, or they can go. They are supposed to be young and athletic. No reason to give up our best player(currently not projected or if they pan out). Was not Vucevic fault Zach Lavine went off for 37 points. I'd give up Gordon before Vucevic. I am also a Bucs fan. Tired of waiting to see players "develop". #impatient #notthegm

but it sounds good though?! seriously we don't have the "luxury" of 5 solid starting players. we just don't. PG.....Payton so far but was a question all last year and most of the preseason. SG.....Fournier so far mostly because you gave him the contract. SF......Gordon 1st year at sf and not a consistent shot. pf ibaka. center vuc. so 3 out of 5(pg, sg, sf) really should not be permanent until we are certain. You are making them permenent only because there are no clear option on the roster. I am all about building confidence, BUT these are the less than 1% that actually get to play in the NBA. ok they young but danging already. its mostly a physical skill set. you should be able to definitely play defense. offense shots may or may not drop but we should be able to lock down with young and athletic players. so far( yes 3 games and ill continue to be patient) but there just is enough PROVEN starters on this roster at this time.

payton has been solid as he was a big question mark coming in to the year. hopefully the rest of the money figures out how to ball out as well. nice showing by ibaka...he had me old worried.

Overrated? Really ESPN. Ok, I mean since YOU say so. I will say that I sometimes wish that Dwight would block some of those shots in the direction of his teammates to start fast breaks or at least to maintain possession instead of banging it out of bounds. It is more of a highlight yes and in the heat of the moment so understand I am not complaining, but that may be why those "stats" are the way they are. Even though I do leave my tv on ESPN in the mornings getting ready for work cause I love sports period, I dont expect much "love" towards anything resembling our Magic or my Bucs. So this does not surprise me in the least bit. They did give us two commercials though! Guess thats to even out BLATANT disrespect.
