The game has been canceled, way to fail again tampa. http://www.tampabay.com/sports/basketball/nba/tampa-exhibition-between-orlando-magic-and-miami-heat-cancelled-due-to/1129734 Wait maybe not...they just erased the update from that page. Not sure what's going on at this point but ESPN is saying it's canceled. I don't foresee another game in tampa again ever. -
There will be tons of parking available. I think there's something like 6-10 lots around or near the arena since it's downtown.

Devos wont be around much longer I'm pretty sure his wallet isn't his biggest concern and his health is. Also, the dude's got 4.5 billion I'm sure luxary isn't going to hurt too much at that point.

Van Gundy says Heat are favorite to win the East

You can't win games with 3 guys alone just remember that, it is a team game after all. I think everyone's over reacting right now especially those comments on that page. -
Matt Barnes & Jason Williams do not expect to be offered new contracts [Hoopsworld]

They were trying to get rid of all their old jersey's before the off season. I tried buying an authentic in the off season online, at the store and in the arena. Finally some magic employee told me they were changing the material and possibly the logo and they liquidated all their stock. Everything on sale is probably what is remaining from that. -
Jamal Mashburn also picks us as his team.

I remember watching a preseason hawks game in orlando that I couldn't attend because I was out of town and before the game Mashburn said Orlando wasn't that good. After the game he completely changed his mind and said we had the depth to go all the way. I think most sports casters don't watch games anymore and just go by what everyone else is saying. -
If he would take vet min I think it's worth it. Also, I could wear my authentic of his again...too bad my Lee authentic rots in my closet now

Also, I don't see how people are calling the Amway Arena crowd quite, we are probably one of the loudest crowds out there. This seasons loud but seasons in the past weren't. The team has a lot more attention and fan base at games than it's had in a long time. By the way I always contribute to ref you suck because most of the refs opinions on calls are usually terrible. Especially when a call should be consulted with the two other refs for different perspectives and they don't even bother.

27.1% champs after last nights game. I'm liking those odds since it seems like the team is really gelling right now.

Gooden Wants to come play in Orlando and Magic interested in Blake
Massacre replied to livebythe3's topic in Orlando Magic Forum
I hated Gooden when we had him and still hate him now. Watching him play last night is a reminder of how much he still sucks. He can leave his rat tail and pulled up socks with the clippers. -
Jerry Stackhouse on V.C.'s Bad Season(True Hoop)
Massacre replied to ball junkie's topic in Orlando Magic Forum
What's funny about all this is before going to the game monday night I was watching nba tv and Denis Scott was on it. He was talking about fantasy with Carter but he said "A little birdie told me Vince is finally taking care of his body" he went on to talk about why you should leave Vince in for fantasy and how the magics medical staff should get some props for the way they've treated their players this year. I'll bet he was pulling a Kobe and just playing hurt with those multiple ankle sprains, shoulder and hip injuries. He's probably now just starting to feel back to normal again. -
Bass' Agent will push for trade in Off-Season

He should be more concentrated on helping his team by being a team player when they need him and not focusing on demanding minutes. If he keeps up the media talk then maybe we should send him packing to the nets then he will realize how good he really has it. If you read the article, it's really his agent doing all the talking. Which is what he's supposed to do, look out for his client. You can't really just sit there and expect the guy to be happy sitting on the bench when he could be playing big minutes for most teams in the league. I don't think Bass cares about winning a ring if he just sits and watches the team do it from the bench. You might want to retract the not caring about winning a ring part... "I signed here because I wanted to win championships. I took less dollars because I wanted to win. But it eats at me, because I can't contribute to the team." source -
