I think we are showcasing Pat for a trade. If not, SVG is out of his mind. As for Trev, even in slashing last night he looked tentative and off. Hear me clearly, I don't want to give him up for an average player. I would only trade him for another promising stud who plays another position.

Can you imagine Artest on this team? I believe that would truly put us in the mix for the championship. We would be a match-up nightmare with Hedo, Rashard, Artest and Dwight. Unfortunately, I don't believe management and ownership has the marbles to do it.

I'll throw another name into the mix ... Ron Artest. Yes, the whack job. On the court, he is tha absolute perfect fit for our team. At 6'7'' and 246 lbs, he could bang as a smaller PF like he did in IN. He is a nasty defender, a good rebounder, and a great shooter. I believe they would trade him for Trevor and Los. They need a PG and a future SF. We need some nasty and a PF. Hmmm.

Although I want to trade Carlos, Trevor probably has the most value as a non-starter. With him I believe we could get a very promising (and proven) PF: 1. David Lee--He would be great and NY is set at PF and C. Zeke loves Trevor. 2. Channing Frye--They need a SF and Frye has little future at PF in Portland. 3. Zaza--Is he worth Trevor??? 4. Craig Smith--A young banger who is one of many youngs in MN. 5. Ronny Turiaf--A young banger in LA. 6. Hakim Warrick--Losing pt in Memphis b/c of Darko. 7. Others? I know some of us hate the thought of trading Trevor, but he could get as a possible young starting big to add to our "core." Thoughts or other names?

I like Keyon so much better as our back-up PG. For Los' sake, hopefully we trade him soon for a big. Zaza is getting no PT in ATL. He would be great next to Dwight b/c he can defend and hit that 12-14 foot jumper.

Either we get a pounding PF to start with D12, or Trevor or Foyle needs to start. Hedo and Shard both stink on "D." The same is true of Meer and Garrity. I would like to see Meer, Bogans, Shard, Ariza, and D12 start. While Trev isn't thick, his long arms, athleticism, and knack for the ball make him a must play.

Junkie, I am much more concerned about the amount of money we put in Shard. His "D" was swiss cheese last night. He can't come close to guarding physical 4s. Just think, he is paid 4x what Meer is paid. That's my concern.

I still can't believe Garrity is getting burn. Does anyone know that web-site that measures a player's overall effect (+ or -) on a game? Comparing Hollinger's "PER" stats over the last 3 years, Ariza's numbers were 16.27, 11.83, 13.32 to Garrity's numbers of 6.38, 9.05, 9.15. IT IS RIDICULOUS ARIZA ISN'T PLAYING MORE!!! It is even more ridiculous that Ariza is getting benched for Garrity.

Ariza is so versatile. He should be the first guy off the bench ... if not start.

Thoughts ... Carlos wastes about 8 seconds a possession over-dribbling. We are dying for a PF. Garrity cannot be our back-up PF. He is a huge overall liability. Trevor is getting the shaft. Plus, we sorely miss his offensive rebounding and defense. We need to play him!

Doleac? Are you guys kidding me? Please, please. First it is a man-crush on Pat for his pre-season play and now open arms for Doleac? I'd rather see Bo play than Doleac. I want a legit PF, not a 3rd/4th stringer. Give up one of our guards or wingmen. We don't need all of them.
