Big liability …come on bro …have you seen the numbers for the starting unit ? …The starting unit brought the team back last night against a very good team on a roll at home …I’ll repeat for the hundredth time …nobody knows what this team can do fully healthy …let it play out instead of all this trade stuff …I do think getting a shooter would help …I also think since JI is on a minutes restriction he won’t start …and as we saw last night it’s better for him to finish games when we need him …probably against the better teams or if we’re in a close game …see how we do in the playoffs and we’ll all know what needs to happen to the roster then …GO MAGIC !

In regards to the Gobert guarding Fultz comment …I thought to myself if Gobert is on Fultz why can’t our bigs post up …and well, Fawzan demonstrates it nicely for me …GO MAGIC !

I have no idea what Isaac is on offense or if he will ever sustain even a 20-minute rotation role. No one does. Can he hit enough 3s to stay on the floor in the playoffs for an Orlando Magic team already light on shooting? Why does it feel like an adventure every time he dribbles? But holy hell can this guy defend. He is smothering. His combination of size, speed, length and hops should not be possible. You feel visceral distress watching some poor player -- it might be a point guard or a center -- bust out fake after fake trying to open an inch of separation from Isaac. Nothing works. The guy can barely see around Isaac. It's like playing against your reflection, only your reflection is bigger and meaner than you. Isaac's minutes are up since his return from (another) injury. He even played in a back-to-back -- and started the second leg! (The Magic pulled him after eight minutes as a precaution, but still!) And more intriguing, we are finally glimpsing some of the weirdo lineups Isaac's skill set unlocks. We have seen the ginormous group of Franz Wagner, Isaac, Paolo Banchero and Wendell Carter Jr. together with a point guard. Orlando has also tried Isaac as small-ball center alongside Banchero, Franz Wagner and two guards. I am dying to see what those lineups can do -- how they function on offense and all the schematic possibilities Isaac opens up on defense. Fingers crossed for good health! How in the world does you or anybody else on this forum know what this team can do when they’re so young they’ve never had an opportunity to show it ? It boggles my mind …every player on this team to a man will tell you they’re talented and we have lots of good players …in the post season there will be no pressure on the Magic cause they are an upstart …if they suck then adjust in the summer …nobody knows jack about what Weltham will do as you know

Based on what Zach Lowe said this morning my thoughts are that the little stretch of games where we were undermanned and Banchero had to carry the load and guys like Chuma, Houston, Queen and others went crazy making 3’s is what saved him from getting snubbed

He scored a big bucket in the last minute and hit about an 18 footer in the first half

I’ll say this …not that I’m expecting it …but if we beat Minnesota on the road Friday I will guarantee you nobody big gets traded …might try to swing something for some shooting
