First quarter was very very good …up 9 when Fultz went out …but keep blaming him …when as a team we are near the bottom from the arc it’s more than him …and he also gave Franz and I don’t remember who else wide open looks that they couldn’t knock down …my son and I grimacing with each miss …my son saying we are getting good looks …but yeah I know everybody has to have a scapegoat …and Fultz is it

Forgot to add … Cason Wallace …who we could have drafted has marked a spot in the Thunder rotation …a better team than us …kid is shooting 42 percent from 3 …we are midway to March so this is pretty much who he is …got invited to play on the rookie game …and as you saw attempts 3 threes a game on top of stellar D which is his calling card and was at UK

So glad Mohs put Fultz on the bench the majority of the second half so yall can find somebody else to blame …Mohs tried every friggin lineup on the planet …at one point had 4 shooters around JI …not saying Fultz is the be all end all …but just look at the box score and you can find a lot more to blame than Fultz …he actually had the highest plus minus on the team They scored practically every time they had the ball check the shooting percentages …if we don’t play D we don’t win

Personally I don’t care much about the ranking this time of year cause they fluctuate a lot depending on wins and or who you beat …mostly posted it cause I was so impressed with our defensive numbers against top 10 offenses …doesn’t mean we’ll win every game duh but it does bode well for the future imo

I’m so pumped for this game tomorrow I’m posting a day early haha …told my son a month ago to pick a game he chose this one …little did we know it’d be the Shaq jersey hang night …back in 19995 I bought a Shaq jacket with his signature embroidered into the fabric …and a pic of his signature dunks on the back …gave it to my sons …asked them if we still have it they said sure check my clothes rack …I did and there it was …I think we are sitting close to the TNT booth gonna try to get the Shaq signing …friends telling me I get it signed the jacket will increase immensely in value . On top of all this as mentioned it’s a national game …can’t remember last time Magic played in one …we can impress the nation against a top if not the best Western team …then you have the Chet Banchero thing …friends telling me the KIA center should be jumping …this game and then the Knicks before the break …we have a chance to make a statement …Zach Lowe said the Knicks increased their standing in the East at the deadline …let’s see what this young team can do .

Haha …I was gonna say Jeff believes in him or probably would have moved him at the deadline …he knows a lot more about the inner workings of this team than you or I …and I do see a regression …I’m just not ready to give up on him like the mob here is .

I actually liked that Mohs put him on the bench …he was right there with Suggs and WCJ …and we won the game without all 3 …great adjustments by Mohs …and you better hope Fultz ain’t done or not only will I be wrong but way more importantly so will Weltham …the way Philly is struggling I’m thinking we might get all the way to 5th seed .

Not that the mods created the rumors obviously …but that they enhanced the pitchfork mentality …and I’m totally done with this …albeit I do think there will be people that secretly pull for the team to screw up so they can come on here when it happens and say, “I told you so” in regards to Weltham …that’s the way of the internet imo

Yes it does include Soul Bro …I specifically called him out …obviously at this time Weltham does not agree with Magic fandom …the guys that are here will be here until seasons end …so move on or direct your complaints to him or each other …not to me …I was done with it until All Eyes specifically asked me a question …so I answered …that’s it.

Imo the Fultz situation “here” was created by the mods …not so much AllEyes …I don’t think trading Fultz was ever in the cards for management …every rumor that was linked was by some small website trying to connect dots …saw one from Brian Windhorst who is legit say the Magic were interested in shooting …also the ESPN Insider suggestions were for shooters but did not suggest trading Marquel and did not have him in their trade ideas …and finally our GM is so closed lipped everybody knows they don’t say nothing . And when someone I respect asks me specifically a question about Fultz I will do my best to answer …which I did on the previous page …You guys can complain about Fultz all you want …I’m glad he’s here …but don’t direct your complaints to me …send Weltham an email …I’m enjoying this team and am hoping it’s future successes .

Yeah everybody knows the data ad nauseam …I said he knows and we all know he needs to shootem when applicable …give it a chance …see how the team does the rest of the regular season and into the playoffs …I suggest you take your Fultz complaints in an email to Weltham …cause he made this decision …not me though I like it …don’t know if anyone has noticed but lately and periodically Mohs has been posting Fultz at the foul line …letting him operate from there and make decisions …he’s great at it …sorry you guys that wanted the trade are so butt hurt …not sure what to advise you for the next 2 months if you don’t like the product on the floor .

Gotta give it time bro …he’s only played 10 games since returning to starting …he knows what’s up …he has to shoot 3’s when applicable …I feel like a broken record cause I’m having to keep repeating this …last night he didn’t care about numbers was happy to distribute …highest plus minus on the team …he can score when he wants …that dunk that he attempted over somebody but missed last night would have been awesome …I’ll take more of the above though. Taking the conversation in a different direction I wanna know all those guys yesterday that posted we were gonna be a playoff flameout …being as how this team hasn’t been in the postseason just once since Dwight left and is so young … What would a flameout look like ? What if we win a round ? What would be considered overachieving versus underachieving ? That’s what Weltham wants to see before he makes personnel changes . For the record, I never felt like a trade was coming cause this team hasn’t had a chance to show what they can do …not a major trade like PG anyway …why I thought all y’all’s panicking trade talk was crazy lol

Haha yep …told my son to pick another game and I’d take him …so he chose OKC …saw last week that not only is that the TNT game but the night they are doing the Shaq jersey retirement thing …I may be the only one booing but I’ll let you know jajaja . Also, after analyzing the schedule we have 30 games left …18 at home …we have 28 wins at this moment …I’m thinking we can go somewhere around 20-10 the final 30 …so I’m gonna predict our final record being 48-34 …that should be enough to get the Magic the 6th seed imo

He took 2 the other night …you think now that he’s attempted some he’s just gonna stop ? Not me …but let’s see what happens

Young young team …gotta see how things progress …gotta see how Fultz shooting comes around …but don’t forget we still have the “Death” lineup which has been nearly spectacular

Yeah the point was most are predicting a playin slot and early out in the playoffs …I for one am very interested to see how the team finishes the season
