First off the fact we are 9th in payroll with so many main players on rookie contracts is unforgivable.

The bottom line is top end talent. We can talk about this and that but it means nothing unless you strive to get that talent. There has never been a winner in the NBA without top end talent.

It's just the same company line but I should know better then to expect anything else. Just my frustration taking over.

You can have your opinion about Otis, but he would always say our goal is to bring a championship to Orlando period. Alex and current front office told us exactly what their goal was. "We want to be competitive for an extended period of time" "We want to bring a chip by 2030"

Absolutely. But I think it is more about showing or starting a more positive overall direction.

With KD coming back next year and the 6 teams ahead of us being so much better I don't think starting next year the 7th seed will be in play anymore. I mean you never know what could happen but that seems like the most likely scenario.

Clifford just shot that down emphatically in the post game interview for whatever that is worth.

I look at these teams that are horrible now and think if we stay our course of mediocrity at best how long will it take them with the right moves to catch and pass us. You have to know your competition like Brooklyn getting KD next year. 7 teams much better then us in the east next year!

That's why Vooch and Fournier hinder the development of our young players! This organization has allowed them to have some sense of entitlement.

Why does it seem like NBA players at the end of quarters and halves always throw up the shot after the buzzer?

No way I am giving up Bamba for Capela. Bamba is a stretch 5 who blocks more shots is younger and just scratching the surface of his potential. Capela does not shoot 3's at all and just isn't really what you want in today's NBA.

Mo is 18th in the league in blocked shots while averaging 15 min per game!

Nooo! You don't trade a developmental big man in his second season especially when he is starting to show some progress!!!

This season is lost anyway we know best case scenario we get thumped in the first round. Might as well try to make a low risk move that can possibly have long term upside.

Yes either a buy low high potential move or a big move. I am not interested in adding some fringe player for this year.

It needs to be strategic with a plan just like Gabriel did years ago when T-Mac, G Hill, and Duncan were available.

I didn't say this summer. Obviously it is not a good summer for free agency besides it will take some time to clear the cap space.

The playoffs are fun because you feel like you are getting better and closer to winning a championship. If you have a team or young star or stars that have not come close to reaching their full potential and can ascend in the playoffs then you go through the necessary growing pains. But when you have a team without a true star whose ceiling is getting stomped in the first round every year in a weak conference and the teams above you are so much better then you it is not fun at all!
