I prefer Jabari over Chet and last yr I wanted kuminga over Franz, and look how that turned out. So by looking at last yr Chet might just be our guy. I’m pretty sure having his brother on the team helped Franz a lot last yr. So maybe having Suggs on the team will have the front office try to mimic that same success from last yr

Could’ve sworn he struggled against top teams averaging 9 points 7 reb 49% from the field 60% FT and 20 something % from 3. my numbers may not be exact but it was around that range, you can’t convince me he can get a bucket on the half court on his own. I amazes me why taking Jabari isn’t that obvious to people. He’s honestly the only 2 way player in the top 3 “but chet got so much potential” I guess….

I think the route the front office is going is seeing who will be that guy we build around like they did with the bucks with Giannis. They evaluated building around vuch and that wasn’t going to work so they blew it up, and now we’ll see who will be that guy out of this young core. So I don’t expect any major moves until we establish who we want to build around. Next season hopefully can give us a hint of who’ll that be. personally hope it’s Fultz I haven’t given up on his jumper and he’s already a tough cover without it

Idk if Giannis will play in this last game but I’m pretty sure the bucks will try to win this game as will the cavs because if the bucks tie records with Boston or if cavs tie with hawks they lose the tiebreaker. So expect Atlanta to go for the win to take the 8th seed. So yeah it’s almost a lock that we have the 2nd worst record.

I like the top 5 in this draft, he doesn’t get a lot of noise which in my opinion is just because he’s 21. But Keegan Murray looks like a player that can be very special.

From 2015-18 the worst team got the number one pick. Hasn’t happened since 2018. But before 2015 correct me if I’m wrong but we were the last team with the worst record to get number 1 in 2004

I understand people playing by percentages but in the past 20 yrs only about 5 number 1 picks became the best players from their drafts if I counted correctly

People always thought cliff was wrong for playing Khem over bamba but bamba is not good and I’m glad people are finally seeing it. If bamba is not hitting threes he is useless on offense. I don’t understand how teams that switch on defense will have a PG on Bamba and bamba can’t get position to take advantage. Then on defense he gets bullied and is usually why the defense breaks down in the first place. For someone with a crazy wingspan it amazes me how so many people are not fazed driving on him. Like when we were playing the clippers justice Winslow was taking it to him….JUSTICE WINSLOW!!!!

“Slap in the face”? It’s the lakers it wouldn’t surprise me. Plus with what he’s going through I don’t think he would try to force his way to another contender with what’s happening to him in the lakers. Maybe him being here in a play style that compliments him (spread offense) would work. Plus oladipo has said seeing how Russ worked helped him take his game to the next level. So maybe that can also be the case for our young guys. And we been through this many times we play the young guys and play to win when we shouldn’t and end up with a pick 4-7. I feel like the same thing will happen again we end up having a better record than Portland Detroit and Houston. Then end up adding another rookie to a team with no all star player. But if we have Russ, with a healthy team next season we might have a solid playoff team. Especially since we’re in the east too, and all we would give up really is T Ross. Harris and mcw are expiring I believe. But if it doesn’t work out and Russ does want out we can just play our cards right and trade him in the off-season with one of our young talent for a player who might want out like KAT or DAME. Then sign Beal if he opps out, Beal and KAT would be nice. I don’t see why Minnesota would do that but I’m just giving a quick example
