On both sides of the court. Ball hog on one side, bad defender on the other. -

It is almost like he is pretty good... Aaron Gordon-Kawhi Leonard-Paul George-Shawn Marion-Caron Butler-Kevin Durant Year 4 comparison Obviously not a Durant level player, but he stacks up pretty well against all the rest, and he is the youngest 4th year player (minus Durant again). -
I support this- Signed The god who hung himself, stabbed himself, and gave away his eye for wisdom and knowledge. (But really, don't. Finger injuries are not fun.)

Would make more sense if Isaac was healthy

His struggles to stay healthy hurts his team’s ability to win though. For all of his ability, he has the same number of win shares of Gordon this season- the player we did draft in that draft, and a player that I am very happy with his play and improvement. -

You should never get upset at the team for choices that they could not make. -
Davis is just so good.

Payton and Simmons look pretty good.Payton needs to play way better defense though.

Lol, how many lobs are we going to allow?

That's pretty much how I feel. Shut off the last game sometime in the third quarter as it was pointless to even look for player development when Isaac left injured. Still going to a game when I am in Orlando over Christmas though! -
Chicago vs. Orlando: A Tale of Two Tanks

Yeah, but the comment was about this past game, where the whole team is basically nothing but bench players right now. -

I mean, have you looked at the team he has right now? Not sure how any rotations are going to fix the level of suck that he has been having to play. -

Were they making honest comments about Chicago players not being any good? Otherwise this is not an even comparison. -

If Payton played like this every game, he'd get a nice contract next year. -

Looking at how bad we are playing, it is amazing we are only down by 9. -

Only players who have looked good- Payton, Augustin, Isaac. Everyone else is blaaaahhhh. -

Hmm, something like this is interesting to think about. I don't love it, but we aren't losing anyone we really care about. I would love for us to get another first rounder somewhere, but I know that is unlikely and we will get out of our bad contracts. -

Yeah, I thought he would max out as a player that could make an all star game or two, but he has a good chance of being named all NBA. He legit might be the second best Shooting Guard in the league right now. -

And why would anyone just trade for him? Again, he has absolutely no value- in fact, the better he plays, the less value he has. -

I am just wondering how many Euro players stats you have looked at. Sure his stats don't look impressive if you look at them through the lens of the NBA or College basketball, but Doncic averaged all of 7.8 points a game last year on 19.9 minutes. Porzingis averaged 11 in 21 minutes his last season in Spain. The guy who was named MVP of the Spanish league only averaged like 16 points last year and only played 26 minutes a game. Mirotic, who is only a role player in the NBA, was the Spanish MVP in 2012-2013 and only averaged 12 points in 24 minutes. Euro teams do weird things with not playing their stars as much as they probably should (I think the NBA has proven that players can play more games than Euro players play, and more minutes without generally breaking down). That isn't to say that he would go back and instantly become a star or anything, but if he decided to go back to Europe, there are plenty of teams that would want him and he would definitely get opportunities and minutes. -

He played meaningful minutes for one of the best basketball teams in Europe as a 19 year old. Not sure how that is "no track record of success".
