It was reported today by yahoo sports that Bynum only wants to sign long term with Dallas, Houston or, if I'm reading this right, the cavs. I think building would get burned downtown if another big man walked.

I would agree with letting him walk if it weren't for the circus the media would make of it the entire year. Other than that I say Houston though that seems about as unlikely as Gustavo Ayon winning a modeling award.

I for one am lol. I"m going to continue to say Houston in hopes that it comes true. Just makes most since to me from a purely rebuilding standpoint. Brook Lopez is going to demand a nice penny and I for one don't think highly of him.

I agree that "youth and Picks" is by no means a sure thing, but doesn't Henny have this job because he has a knack for spotting talent in the draft? Let's say you have three picks in the top 15, so long as 2 of those pan out you've done your job. Your right it's not guaranteed but this is where young money henny makes his mark on the franchise.

I agree. This is why I still really like the Houston deal plus they (from what I understand) have added a protected lottery pick with the Kyle Lowry deal. They can give us the best package if youth and picks is the way were headed, which that to me is the way to go.

Finally a step in the right direction. Were in rebuilding mode and it seems that most fans have not only accepted that, but are embracing it. It will be a rough couple of years but if we build through the draft and make GOOD free agency pickups it will be worth the wait. Let's face it, no one in the east is beating the Heat for the foreseeable future so this is a good time to take a couple years to rebuild this team from the bottom up.

Weird because in Blakes rookie season he averaged 22.5 per game with Mo Williams and Bledsoe at the point, are they great distributors? His number dropped two points per with CP3.

Blakes 23 still room for major improvements there. I don't think it's fair to just say he's only a highlight player when he gives you 20+ a night and 11 boards.

Yea no doubt Bynum is worlds a head of Jordan but you guys wouldn't like Blake at amway? He has a lot of developing to do but I can't imagine us turning that deal down if it was ever there. And Jordan still is a solid defensive presence.

With Chris Paul, Billups, Butler and Crawford that's a pretty good team. If we got Jordan and Griffin in return it wouldn't get any better than that. I know it's dream land but it really does make since.

That's why I was upset when I saw the signing. I assumed we would be going into re-building mode though that doesn't seem to be the case. Maybe Henny thinks a complete rebuild isn't needed. Though I think it's more just not possible when your locked into so many bad contracts.
