I agree. I've posted that sentiment during the last 2 or 3 games, i.e., the guys need to run hard, move the ball around and not just be stagnant. We are not getting that when Vuch is on the floor. They are so disorganized while playing half court like they never practice plays. Moving the ball around rapidly, avoids getting trapped. Too many times the opponent keys in on one of the Magic players to double or triple-team them. Ross, AG and DJ are usually victims of this tactic.

I think he plays basketball the right way. The rare guy that can either be awesome as a role player or a star if he breaks out. Great defender, unselfish etc. Much like our guy Isaac

I think the big question for me is can our so-called top of the roster guys get it done? If the answer is no, then maybe we should trade away who we can and regroup. I really enjoyed watching the Magic when we had some young up and comers. However, that doesn't mean they will eventually put it all together. We kept AG and traded away Oladipo. One guy turned the corner, and the other guy regressed. That said, I am going to try and be patient and see if we can get on a roll again this year. If I wake up and check the message board and see that we made a trade, I am not going to be upset about that either unless it involves Fultz or JI. I can certainly see it both ways. I see the need to be patient and I can also see that our team will never be more than a round 1 playoff team. We need to set the bar higher.

DJ Augustin - Fact Online Article 1 D.J. Augustin, a budding real estate mogul who loves challenges, is going back to school By Josh Robbins Nov 29, 2019 Link: https://theathletic.com/1417751/2019/11/29/dj-augustin-back-to-school/ Online Article 2 Retirement With A Plan: Magic ‘Old Guy’ D.J. Augustin Dives Into Real Estate EDITOR'S PICK | 2,443 views | Oct 28, 2019, 03:50pm D.J. Augustin does not quite know when it happened. It doesn’t seem that long ago that he was 19 years old, being drafted by the Bobcats after a decorated career at Texas, where he won the Bob Cousy Award as the top point guard in the country and was an Academic All-American. Now, he is just a few weeks out from his 32nd birthday. His teammates with the Magic are now the 19-year-olds, and it’s Augustin who is the long-in-the-tooth veteran. “I just don’t even know when it happened, it just went by so fast,” Augustin said in a phone interview this month. “I am definitely the old guy on this team and they definitely let me know it. They let me know all the time, the music I listen to, how I dress. Video games and stuff like they do. I’ve got three kids. I can’t play video games and take naps and all that kind of stuff. They let me have it.” What his young teammates might not know is that while they’re poking fun at Augustin and hacking away at some game or another, Augustin is taking advantage of his downtime to plan out his future. He’s already gotten himself deep into a post-NBA career, one that figured to be lucrative over the long-term: real estate. Think it only gets worse for Vuch. He’s in a league where big men can run and dribble like a guard, shoot from outside, jump like a SF and have strength like a PF.

No not right now but he can give you more than 10 points a night which is what he is currently averaging. I also think we wouldn’t go into such large deficits during games if we get him going early. It forces the defense to draw into the paint which gives our other guys easier shots/looks. Same thing could be said for JI.
