If we must play DJ this much with Fultz at least play him off the ball and let Fultz run the point. Its like our coach is an idiot or something

I realize I am ignorant, but I am a little surprised that coach Cliff is sticking with his offensive scheme. It seems like a round peg in a square hole kind of thing. I would like to see more movement and cutting towards the basket. We either finish with pullup, a floater, at the rim ( dunk, layup), or hopefully get free-throws. I am not saying we shouldn't shoot some threes, but the refs usually reward teams with high energy and effort.

There’s been rumors even before the injuries piled up of us being active on the trade scene, and I really think management doesn’t want to see the playoff streak end at 1 season. So, it’d make sense to me. Still don’t anticipate anything happening until after the 15th of December, there’s just too many guys that aren’t allowed to be traded yet.

I'm not singling you out, BBROSS, but twice, twice, when I read that we had traded for Aminu, I tried to warn this forum about him and that he would not help to make the Magic better. I know it takes a team effort, but I know what I saw when Aminu was BENCHED by Portland's coach during the 2019 PLAYOFFS (western conference finals). Sure, he made a few 3 pt. shots, but there were times when he struggled against a team, the Warriors, that were nowhere near their production in winning games during their championship years. But some on here wouldn't listen to me. It was always about how good a defender he WAS. I continue to question his lack of offense. Remember, Aminu played for the Portland Trailblazers. They made it to the playoffs, but Aminu was surrounded by very good players like Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum and players on that team who were good at making 3 pt. shots. But I watched Aminu when the Blazers were swept by my second favorite team, the Warriors, in the western conference finals. The Warriors were without KD and Cousins. I just could not see where Aminu would be a good fit for the Magic.

It was in no way sarcasm. Clearly the major difference with Evan Fournier and Terrence Ross, compared to Kobe Bryant, is that Kobe was a team player. Evan, Ross, and Kobe...all 6'7", 205-210 lbs. That's just science. They should be just as good. And they would be, except they clearly only care about themselves. I mean, look at Kobe's record as a team mate. Look at Durant's. Look at Jordan's. Jordan cared about his team so much he came back after they started to struggle when he quit on them to go play baseball (it had nothing to do with the fact that he sucked at baseball). And then when the owner threatened to do something he didn't like a few years later, he quit again. For the team. All for one and one for all, that was MJ. Durant? Oh my Lord, this guy was so team oriented he waited until the last two teams he quit on actually lost a series BEFORE he quit. Nothing says team player like waiting until your team is wrecked by injuries to tell them you found someone else. Also, Durant:6'9", Aaron Gordon:6'9". Gordon should be ashamed of himself. And Kobe? This man loved his team so much he chased off the most dominant big man in a generation. For the team. I mean, sure Shaq was still a dominant monster who was at times basically un-guardable. But he was also fat, and stealing Kobe's thunder. And clearly the best thing for the team was for Kobe to be the star. Kobe wasn't fat. It's hard to watch the selfishness of guys like Fournier and Ross taking wide open shots and missing them sometimes, when guys like Kobe, Durant, and Jordan have shown us all that team players make all their wide open shots. I too have seen those guys miss shots at the end of games. But they were being fouled, by three players at a time, and they each had a hangnail, and the flu, and diabetes, and - if I remember correctly - Jordan only had one eye. And still, nine times out of ten, they put in the effort and found a way to make those shots. Our guys are a bunch of lazy, selfish, jerks. Imagine if you had Kobe, along with the best Center of the generation, and All-NBA veterans at PF and PG. With Kobe's team-oriented leadership, you couldn't lose. You certainly couldn't fail twice.

Bamba's first half. Forget about his second half

The leave everybody wide open strategy isn’t paying off this half

I don't want to see Aminu in the rotation at all once AG and MCW are back. He's flat out awful.

Kennard is definitely the guy you want to leave open over and over again, yes

    Cliff please... Fultz...Evan..Ross...Isaac...Bamba right now

What is wrong with these guys? We had the final possession all 3 quarters so far and in all of them we failed to get a shot off despite ample time. I mean what the ***** Ross dribbled around aimlessly, time expired Iwundu faked, ran out of time DJ got open, pump fakes for some reason, ran out of time

Aminu should be banned from taking 3's he's awful. This game is falling away fast.

Bamba has 7 boards 3 blocks and 2 steals already

At least Ross is realizing that he can’t shoot right now so he’s driving it to the hoop. Don’t let the two made 3s fool you, DJ is killing us

Ross has been such a disappointment and that's coming from a big fan of his last season, that last play of the quarter gets doubled and shoots it smh. Fultz, Issac, Bamba lead us to a win please!!

Easily the best stint of the season for Mo so far.

Bamba did more this quarter than Birch in the last 5 quarters.

Markelle is fearless. This guy is going to be so good for us. Our front office deserves MASSIVE credit

We indeed are still inconsistent, but improvement in this area, especially with the starting unit leads to an optimistic look for the season

Yup. Both need to go. Despite a good game from Fournier, his hero ball tendencies cost us this game. We live or die by him.
