Unfortunately, up to a certain point, it is still considered free speech and protected by the 1st amendment. I’m not sure the venue could have prevented it, but I don’t think they have been sufficiently firm about condemning it. There response seems more geared toward covering their butt for allowing the fight, instead of strongly condemning the comments and responses.
